Description/Scope of work
Complete repair and maintenance of Air Conditioning System in 12 nos. HEMM (06 nos. BE1000-1 Hydraulic Excavator and 06 nos. CAT24M Motor Grader) running at Kusmunda OCP for a period of 365 days. It includes the following work: 1. Repairer has to make operative the air conditioner of 12 nos. HEMM (06 nos. BE1000-1 Hydraulic Excavator and 06 nos. CAT24M Motor Grader)of KOCP in the beginning of the contract period. 2. The spare parts required for making the AC operative of 12 nos. HEMM shall be repaired/replaced by the repairer at his own cost. 3. Replacement of required components and spares including compressor, evaporator, condenser, blower motor etc. by the repairer at his own cost. 4. Compressor oil, Receiver Drier, Filters & refrigerant required for repair/maintenance shall be provided by the repairer. 5. Repairer shall carry out complete servicing which will include periodical checking, cleaning, vacuuming of AC system lines, flushing with Nitrogen gas (Nitrogen gas will be provided by SECL), repairing/replacement of parts, soap solution testing, charging of refrigerant gas R134A and starting & final testing of air-conditioning system for proper cooling. 6. Repairer will provide tools-tackles, manpower & technical supervision for maintenance of air-conditioner during the contract period (365 days/one year) for each and individual machine. Please refer pg 23-24 of NIT for other terms and conditions. Note: Price must be quoted in lumpsump amount in totality for the above work.
