1.) Construction of Mini Community Sanitary Complex at Mudiyanur H/o Veppilaipatty

Earth work excavation for foundation in Hard soils and sub soils and to full depth as amy be directed except in rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring ,strutting and bailing out water wherever necessary and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers ofnot more than 15cm thick ,well rammed and consolidated and depositing the surplus earth within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with initial lead and lift etc., including levelling the sites complete complying with standard specification and as directed

Cement Concrete in 1 : 4 : 8 mix using 40 mm metal gauge hand broken hard granite stone jelly for Foundation including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm 15cm thick ,well rammed and consolidated etc. complete complying with standard specification

Random rubble masonry in cement mortar 1:5 mix with simultaneous pointing including cost and conveyance pf all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete for 10 cum

Supplying and erecting CENTERING for sides and soffits including supports and strutting upto 3.29 m high for plane surfaces such as RCC SLABS,RECTANGULAR BEAMS TEE BEAMS ,LINTEL,BED ROCKS,STAIRCASE WAIST and landing slabs,landing beams ,canopy etc., in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90*60 cm and BG 10 stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm*25mm*3mm for boarding laid over country joists of size 10cm to 6.50cm spaced at about 90cm centre to centre and supported by Casuarian props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm center to center etc.,complete and as directed

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position milds steel/Ribbed for steel rods all RCC works including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors , complete complying with standard specifications etc complete

CEMENT CONCRETE 1:1.5:3 mix using 20mm machine crushed 20mm gauge broken granite stone jelly for all reinforced cement concrete works connected to this work excluding centering ,shuttering and cost of reinforced grills placed in position but slab works wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of the wall at the sides and the slab,beams shall be finished smooth with cement mortar1:3 cm(one cement and three sand) and Kraft paper laid without claiming extra cost etc.,complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers

SPECIAL CEILING PLASTERING andfinishing all the RCC exposed surfaces such as RCC slabs,sunshades,canopies,staircase steps,landing slabs,etc.with cement mortar(one cement and three sand)10mm thick and including hacking the surfaces and providing necessary cement mortar nosing beading as per the size,specification wherever necessary using the same mix as directed as directed by the department officers etc.,complete complying the standard specification

Brick work in cement Mortor 1:5 (One cement and five sand) using country Bricks of size 23 x 11 x 7cms for the following including curing etc., complete complyingwith standard specification

PLASTERING with cement mortar1:5(one cement and five sand)12mm thick in all complete complying with standard specifications.
