M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 as in in retaining walls etc including plums of stone boulders (Basalt, trap or any other approved) of size 200 to 300mm complete all as specified and as directed. Ref TD Drg No SZ/TD/332/2015 Sheet No 1/1.

M&L Plain cement concrete type B0, 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) in coping including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and trotting as directed all as specified and as directed.

Supply only 75mm bore PVC pipe (SWR) single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, as in weep holes laid in trenches/fixed to walls all as directed and specified by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for Hand packing using Broken stone or boulders (any thickness) at back of block masonry retaining wall and raising or lowering to the required level complete all as specified.

Returning filling in, including, spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25cm in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material n. exc. 50m and positing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 m above the starting poin complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L mild steel TMT Bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bend to shape required including cranking bending spirally for column, hooking ends & binding with and including mild steel mild steel wire (annealed not less that 0.90 mm dia or securing with chip).

All as per No. 10 above but 8 mm dia as in stirrups.

M&L RCC M25 (design mix) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in RCC band.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth complete all as specified and as directed.

Add or deduct for each 25 mm girth or part there of over or under 30 cm ditto.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L RCC (Nominal mix) type B1, 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggr as in beams, cantilevers, lintel over 1.5 m span complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for Precast cement concrete hollow block masonry exc. 10 cm in width and setting in 1:6 cement mortar type 1:3:6 using (16mm graded aggregate as per IS 383) completed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on other than fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth with out using extra cement all as specified

M&L for 20 mm thick rendering in two layers 10 mm each in cement mortar (1:4) with using water proofing compound on stone masonry other than fair face of brickwork to be finished even and Smooth (without using extra lime or cement)

Material & labour for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7mm thick (Square/ rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.11 sqm but not exc 0.18 sqm in floor etc conforming to IS- 13712, grade B-II - (a) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement over 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials & labour for glazed ceramic tiles coloured of size 300 x 200 mm x 7 mm thick fixed on vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado etc conforming to IS - 13712 grade IB-III set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including provision of 10mm thick backing plaster in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F vitreous china bowl urinal flat back size 465 x 355 x 265 mm white (minimum) with gratings and union for discharge pipe (excluding flushing cistern, flush pipe and waste pipes ) etc all as directed and specified by Engr-in-Charge gratings

M&L for 15 mm bore steel tubing medium grade galvanised with all fittinged complete to walls & laid in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for taking down cement plaster any description on brick or stone wall includind raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces 350 x 250 x 7 mm / 450 x 350 x 7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over 10mm thick rendering in 1:4 CM etc.complete all as specified.
