Demolition of stone slab & tiles of any description or thickness in floor, aprons etc., laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor, finished the surfaces fair & even to receive floor finishes, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (Using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of floor, finished the surfaces fair & even to receive floor finishes, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down GI water tubing and connections including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed for following size of pipe :- (a). 15mm dia bore (Concealed).

(b). 20mm dia bore (Concealed).

(c). 25mm dia bore.

Supplying, fixing, jointing and testing galvanised iron water tubing medium grade with all fitting such as bends, elbow, socket, reducer etc and fixed to wall, ceiling or laid in floor complete all as specified and as directed for the following sizes:- (a) 15 mm dia bore (Concealed)

(b). 20mm dia bore (Concealed).

M&L for non skid ceramic colored tiles 7 to 8mm thick, (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm as in floor etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6, complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for vitrified tiles of 605x605x10mm thick, light shade as on vertical surfaces, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colour cement laid over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.
