REPAIR/ MAINT OF HT ELECTRIC SUPPLY NETWORK SYSTEM, REPLACEMENT OF UNSERVICEABLE HT UG CABLES, TRANSFORMERS, HT JOINTS AND FAULT FINDING, HT PANELS AND MISC CONNECTED ITEMS IN DOMESTIC AREA AT AF STN GURGAON UNDER GE (AF) GURGAON NO. 1

Supply and Fix self-fusing Ethylene Propylene Rubber(EPR) based high-insulating voltage tape of width not less than 19 mm and thickness not less than 0.75 mm of any length to protect HT/LT XLPE cable from moisture and current leakage complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for repairing the GOD mechanism pipe and handle lever, etc. by way of welding, greasing and including Supply and Fix of new male and female with copper strip contact complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix in replacement of Tinned copper fuse wire of size 27/33 S.W.G. for GOD ISI marked all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rewinding of HT/LT coils of transformer of capacity 25 KVA to 500 KVA, (11KV/433V) with super enamelled copper winding wire of existing gauge and existing number of turns alongwith insulating material i.e leatheroid, paper insulation, cotton tapes, empire tapes, wooden block packings, PVC sleeves, soldering and varnishing with insulating varnish , heating/drying etc including replacement of top cover gasket made out of sheet 4 mm thick including leak proofing by shalak solution complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Transformer rewinding will be done at workshop of approved manufacturer available in CE zone list. (ii) During taking down/repair of u/s transformer, contractor shall arrange the transformer of the same rating inplace of existing one so that power supply is constantly supplied to the user and for that no extra cost will be paid to the contractor.

Taking down/dismantling from foundation base and refixing back to the site after repair of any capacity of transformer by using suitable crane complete and including tranportation shifting to approved manufacturer/Workshop including testing and commissioning all as directed. (Note- Dismantling and fixing after rewinding and Transportation from 54 ASP to Workshop and workshop to 54 ASP will be paid as one job)

Dehydration/filtration of transformer oil by means of centrifugal filtration plant to achieve the specified dielectric strength of 40 KV at 2.5 mm gap as per IS-355 in existing position by means of suitable dehydrating mechanism of transformer of any capacity and transformer oil for topping up at various sub station complete all specified and as directed. Note- The transformer oil will be brought at site in sealed container at the time of filling/Top up.

Supply only transformer oil of approved quality (Dielectric strength not less than 50 KV) ISI marked for filling in transformer for topping up all as directed. Note- The transformer oil will be brought at site in sealed container at the time of filling/Top up.
