Cement Concrete 1:4:8 with stone aggregate 40mm nominal size in foundation and plinth

First class brick work laid in cement sand mortar 1:4 in foundation and plinth.

Damp proof course 40mm thick of cement concrete 1:2:4 using stone aggregate 20mm nominal size with 2 coat of bitumen 20/30 penetration at 1.65 Kg per sqm. Laid hot and sanded

Scraping Cement plaster

Rough cast exterior cement plaster on walls with a mixure of sand and gravel or crushed stone graded from 2.36 mm to 12 mm nominal size dashed over and including fresh plaster 1:4 and finishing coat 10 mm cement plaster with cement mortar 1:3

Wrought iron and mild steel ( using angles, flats, square bars, tee and channels) ladders, grills, gratting frames, window guards, iron doors openable or fixed stair case or parapet or any other type of railing, gates and tree guards etc., including cost of screws and welding rods or bolts and nuts complete fixed in position

Applying priming coat with ready mixed exterior paint in all shades on newly plasterd or concrete exterior surface.

Providing two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion paint (1st Quality) complete in all respect as approved by Engineer-in- charge Make:- Top quality of Asian/Nerolac

Applying Priming coat with metal primar on new steel or iron work including preparation of surface. Painting two coats excluding priming coat with synthetic enamel paint in all shade on new wood work or metallicor plastered or concrete surface to give and even shade

First class brick work laid in cement sand mortar 1:4 in first storey upto 4 metres abover plinth level.
