1) Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

a) Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

2) Taking out doors, windows and clerestory window shutters (steel or wood) including stacking within 50 metres lead:

a) Of area 3 sq. metres and below

3) Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead.

a) For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm

4) Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

6) Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge:

a) All kinds of soil

7) Excavating trenches of required width for pipes, cables, etc including excavation for sockets, and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, depth up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil, and then returning the soil as required, in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering, etc. and disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m :

a) All kinds of soil

i) Pipes, cables etc. exceeding 80 mm dia. But not exceeding 300 mm dia

8) Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m.

9) Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

10) Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :

a) 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

11) Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :

52) Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of building/structure, upto 25 metre height, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40mm dia M.S. tube, placed 1.5 metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S. Tubes, M.S. tube challis, M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and/ or pointing and/ or applying chemical and removing it thereafter.

(Pruning/cutting of each branches for each tree will be measured as one job)

58) Rebate for taking away the unserviceable sanitary / water supply fittings including removing from the existing position . etc., complete.

59) Cleaning of exisitng sewer lines, manholes etc. Cost includes all labour for removing the silt, slush, waste etc. and rodding the sewer lines and manholes by mobile sewer rodding equipment/manually from manhole to manhole to clear the blockage, chokages etc for proper functioning of sewer lines( The payment shall be made for removal of blockages in between manhole to manhole as one job with all above operations.)

60) Providing and fixing Pre-cast gully trap cover of INDO/KITTO make or equivalent of 25mm thickness of size 300 x 300 mm or of required size as per requirement for existing gully trap with necessary repairs etc all complete as per the directions of Engineer-In-Charge

61) Supplying and fixing in position precast RCC Man hole frame with cover, frame square of size 650 x 650 x 75 mm of approved make. The cover should be 40mm thick and provided with required quantity of reinforcement. The frame shall be fixed in cement mortar over the manhole opening and rounding of edges etc., shall be made complete all as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

62) Cleaning of nahni traps/floor traps including removing the silt outside the compound all complete as per the directions of Engineer-In-Charge.

71) Cleaning, washing mopping of floors of including cleaning of Dado, washroom and flooring in Toilets by scrubbing with wire brush, cleaning with detergent, liquids and water etc., including its disposal of rubbish, garbage outside the compound complete etc as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

72) Charges for demolising the existing WC pan with trap from position including surrounding lime concrete comple to minium required size to fix new WC pan with trap including jointing with the existing waste, refilling the surroundings with lime concrete and finishining the floor with cement concrete flooring using required quantity of Fosroc or equivalant liqued all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in Charge.(The rate includes the disposal of all the debries to the dumpimg ground)

73) Removing glass panes from windows and replacing them with new glass panes with putty and nails wherever necessary : float glass panes of thickness 4mm :

a) For windows in ground floor and /or for windows which can be accessed from inside of the room / bolcony with a ladder.

b) For windows in upper floors (other than ground floor) up to 8 floors, fixing of glass panes with Jhoola arrangement.

74) Charges for making the steel window shutters freely moving by oiling the hinges , cleaning of rust on all sides etc at all levels ., complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

75) Cleaning of canopy/ chajjas by removing leaves grass dust, rubbish and other deposited / accumulated materials etc including removal of blockages/chockages of khurras/spouts of terrace/chajjas etc by disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground out side periphery of the building. (plan area of thechajja/canopy will be measured for payment)
