OUTSOURCING OF SERVICES FOR OPERATION OF AC PLANT AT HQ SWC UNDER GE JAIPUR

Outsourcing of services for operation of central AC plant at HQ SWE Jaipur daily including Sunday and holiday in 02 shifts of 8 hours each in a day by deploying minimum 02 Nos Operators per shift.

NOTES :-

(i) The contractor shall deploy total 04 Nos Operators (2 operators x 2 shifts) on every day.

(ii) The rate quoted by contractor is per month per Operator. No claim whatever shall be entertained on this account at later stage.

(iii) Requisite qualification of Operator : - Trademen/operator shall have 3 years trade experience or ITI from recognized Govt institute or equivalent.

(iv) Operator shall always be present in proper uniform of approved colour. If operator found without uniform the penalty @ Rs 250/- per day per shift shall be imposed on the contractor.

(v) Police verification should invariably got done for each employees and included in the quoted rate.

(vi) The rate quoted by contractor shall deemed to be inclusive of all taxes, cess, EPF, levies etc as applicable including GST.

(vii) All employees shall individually be life insured.

(viii) Age of trademen shall not be less than 21 years and not more than 60 years.

(ix) Quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of day to day general cleanliness of premises (room).

(x) In case of non deployment of any Tradesmen or helper on any day during currency of the contract period a penal recovery at Double the Rate quoted by contractor for per tradesman per day shall be made from the contractor’s payment.

(xi) Necessary T&P equipment, minor store, safety gear & transportation shall be provided by the contractor for above mentioned work complete all as specified and directed.

(xii) The minimum wages as published by Govt of India/State/Govt local authorities which is highest and which specific minimum rates of wages shall be payable to manpower provided and necessary proof of payment shall be made available to Engineer-in-Charge as when demanded. In case any complaint is received regarding delayed and non-payment of minimum wages by the contractor to worker/manpower/operator the GE as principal employer shall pay directly to the operator engaged for the job for in given month on the account of contractor and amount payable shall be deducted.
