Taking down cement plaster of any description, on brick or stone walls etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick plaster in CM (1:6) on faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth including 2mm thick white cement wall care putty , complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 10mm thick in ceiling plaster including applying bord coat of DR.FIXIT/FOSROC or equivalent in CM (1:4) on faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth ,including 2mm thick white cement wall care putty , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and two coat of oil emulsion distemper over a one coat of alkali resistent wall primer , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and two coat of oil emulsion distemper over a one coat of alkali resistent wall primer , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls and one coat of oil emulsion distemper , complete all as specified and directed.

Draining out water, cleaning and removing accumulated sludge/ dirt scales from tank bottom, side and from mouths of circulating pipes of service tank of capacity exceeding 500 litres but not exceeding 1000 litres, and disinfecting the tank using bleaching powder to make the tank bacteria free, writing by stencil date of cleaning of tank with white synthetic enamel paint on black ground “Cleaned on (date)”, height of words 100 mm, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high-density plastic bal screwed for iron pipe and fixed in repair 25 mm bore , complete all as specified and directed. Make: Prayag cat part No B-153 or equivalent in Shakti .

S&F steel work in tubler truesses and members medium grade including special shaped washer purlins crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I.S.1161-19798 grade St-240.

Taking down unseviceable galvalume sheets complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coatoing GI baseds corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa AZ150 as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of mild steel surface of any description exc. 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer , complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down rainwater pipe any pattern, size including all fitting , complete all as specified and directed. .

S&F in repairs 110mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes, single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints and fixed to wall as in waste/soil pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 110 mm dia PVC (SWR) bends of any radius , complete all as specified and directed .

Demolition of brick work stone/ boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with sub class B bricks, straight or curved on plan n.exc 6m mean radius in cm 1:6 using old size brick , complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of wall and ceiling board(fiblre, pulp, insulation etc) any thickness including cover fillets , complete all as specified and directed.

S&F G I frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of GI perimeter channel 0.55mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 & 30mm & web of 27mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves & screws at 450mm c/c / intermediate channel 0.9mm thick having two equal flanges of 15mm each & web of 45mm suspended from soffit at approx 900mm c/c with GI cleat & steel expansion fasteners with & incl ceil;ing sections (n exc 1.2m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50mm & flange of 26mm each with lips of 10.5mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intyermediate channel at 457mm c/c with screw as per manufacturers instructions and including supplying and fixing Gypsum (plaster of paris ceiling) Board 12mm thick in ceiling fixed with screw as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed .
