NCTPS-I – CM Circle – CM-II- Construction of BSNL telephone exchange at Vallur camp(opposite side of Vallur camp Gate-I)

Driving 3.50 m depth under reamed pipe of 300mm dia @ 0.30m below ground level using RCC 1:1 ½ :3 using 12mm to 20mm size hard broken stone with single bulb of 600mm dia all material, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Earth work excavation in hard stiff clay stiff black cotton soil hard red earth shale murram, gravel earth mixed with small size bolder and hard gravel soil with initial lead of 10m and lift of 2m for foundation in branches etc., complete as directed by the Engineer at site.

Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 using 20mm HBG metal including cost of all materials, lead, lift, labour charges, curing, etc, complete.

Providing and placing RCC 1:2:4 using 12mm to 20 mm HBG metal including cost of all materials, lead, lift, labour, LWF, vibrating charges and mixing charges excluding the cost of reinforcement etc, complete.

Supplying and filling with stone dust including Cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift ad spreading charges , etc., complete as directed by the Engineer at the Site.

Supplying and providing steel reinforcement for concrete work including cost of all materials lead, lift, transporting charges, cutting, bending, tying and placing in position, etc., complete as directed by the Engineer at site.

Providing Brick work in CM 1 :5 using second class moulded country bricks/ Fly ash bricks including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, transporting charges, finishing, curing etc., complete as directed by the Engineer at the site.

Plastering in CM 1:3,12mm thick for ceiling including cost of all materials, lead, lift, labour, water charges, curing, LWF, etc., complete.

Plastering with CM 1:5 12mm thick, including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, transporting charges, finishing, curing etc., complete as directed by the Engineer a the site.

Supplying and fixing of door flush type (single leaf) with factory made shutters using 25 mm particle board as per IS 3087/1985 with b-type T.W beading bonded with water resisting adhesive fixed to C.W door frame of size 100 x 65 mm and fully threaded GI screw as per ISO 1003/1977 and with following fixtures for door. 6 nos iron hold fast of size 230 x 5 x 50 mm, 3 nos oxidized iron but hinges 100 mm size, 2 nos 200 x 12 mm anodizes aluminium tower bolts, 1 no 250 x 16 mm anodized aluminium aldrop, 1 no rubber bush, 1 no wire stopper, 2 no anodized aluminium handles of size 150mm, 1 no chromium plated internal locking arrangement of approved quality.

Providing and fixing in position Solid PVC Door Shutters using 19 Gauge 19mm MS square tubes for styles and outer frames. 15mm MS square tubes for top, lock and bottom rails. The steel tubes shall be covered with 5mm thick solid PVC Sheets. Shutter using 5mm thick solid PVC Sheets for panelling shall rigidly fixed in position including necessary furniture and fittings. The over all size of styles shall be 50mm x 30mm. The over all size of top rail, lock rail and bottom rail shall be 75mm x 30mm. The over all size of frames shall be 50mm x 45mm with suitable rabate for housing the shutter.

Supplying and fixing in position Anodized aluminum sliding glazed window in two tracks with top 300mm fixed glass using Aluminum box section 63x38x0.759kg/m and sliding shutters below using frame:bottom gutter, 61.85x37mm x1.055kg/m & side /top 62x29.5mmx0.695kg/m and shutter: lock,39x20mmx 0.605kg/m, bottom 41x20mmx 0.355kg/m, side/top 39x20mmx0.488kg/m, 5mm thick plain glass, rubber beading, center lock etc including the cost of all materials, labour, lead,lift, T&P etc complete –1sq.m

Providing 0.60m x 0.45m size Aluminium ventilators made of aluminium Box section of size 101.6x44.45x3.18mm with three nos 16mm MS rod, 3mm thick pin headed glass loovers 5 nos, including the cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, T&P, etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing in position IWC ORIYA PAN of size 580x440mm glazed earthern ware of approved make & colour with P or S trap conforming to IS-2556-PART XII(Parryware or equivalent) with sand cushion and forming flooring around the closet and finishing the top to required slope and giving connection to sewer line including the cost of all materials ,labour , lead, lift etc complete.

Supplying and fixing white glazed wash basin including the all labour, lift, tools, material, lead, lift, etc., complete as directed by the Engineer at the site.

Supplying of 1000 litre capacity PVC water tank of sintex or equivalent make of ISI mark as per IS code with necessary accessories lead, lift, transportation charges, fixing charges, etc., as per direction by the Engineer at site.

Supplying, laying and jointing PVC pipes, cutting, threading, joining pipes with necessary specials including fixing to wall with necessary clamps and screws, making hose on the wall or drilling holes in roof making material spacked the same with necessary brick work and plastering wherever necessary, with necessary scapolding, complete - 1m ( Schedule Item No.380). a)Internal water line for Toilet 32mm

Providing septic tank using circular ring @ 1200 dia and 2nd half circularing top cover of size 1200 dia including cost of all material lead, lift etc., complete.

Colour washing two coats with exterior plastic emulsion and one coat of primer with white cement over the exterior wall surface including through scrapping, cost of all materials, suffolding labour, lead, lift, cuting, water charges etc complete.

Painting one coat of white cement over the inner ceiling surface, including cost of all labur, lead, lift, scaffoldng, etc., complete as directed by the Engineer at the site.

Wiring with 2x2.5 Sq.mm.PVC unsheathed SC.alu. Cable of 650V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories with 150x150x33mm TW Switch box for 5A 3 pin non-interlocking CS plug with painting of suitable colour with continuous earth wire connection 14SWG TC Wire for open plug point.

Supply and fixing of 20W 4 Feet LED Fitting, including the cost of material, labour, lead, lift, complete as directed by the Engineer at site.

Supplying and fixing of 1200mm(48") sweep AC ceiling fan complete with regulator with 300mm down rod on the existing clamp.

Providing 7/9 W LED bulb, including cost of all labour, material, etc., complete as directed by the Engineer at site.

Paving the floor with plain/design Vitrified tiles (colour and shade as directed) of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 8 mm in all floors over a base layer of cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 20mm thick laid in-situ and pointed with same coloured cement.

Supplying and fixing of Ceramic Tiles of approved quality of size 305 x305mm laid CM 1:3 20mm thickness and pointing the same including the all labour, tools, materials, lead, lift etc., complete as directed by the Engineer at site.

Dadooing sides of walls with glazed tiles of size 150x150x6 mm laid CM 1:2, 10mm thickness and pointing with white cement using 4kg/10 Sq.m including the all labour, tools, material, lead, lift, etc., complete directed by the Engineer at site.
