False ceiling with fibre cement designer tile ivory/white painted (high pressure steam cured) of 4 mm thickness (as per IS:14862) of size 595 x 595 mm and any one of the design (occeanic, lake & hill,cascade or electra) in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections ( galvanized @ 120 gms, both side inclusive) consisting of main 'T' runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length, and 15x32 mm made of 0.30 mm sheet, and cross'T' at 600mm c/c to form a grid including, required cutting/making, opening for services like diffusers,grills,light fittings, fixures,smoke detectors etc. Main 'T' runners to be suspended from ceiling using Gl soffit cleats fixed to existing rafter, purlin, etc with galvanised Butterfly level clips, spaced at 1200 mm c/c along main T, bottom exposed width of 15 mm of all T- sections shall be centra black pre- painted with polyester paint, and having a load bearing capacity of 12 kg/sqm, and refixed all existing electric wiring and fixture all complete at all heights as per direction of Engineer-in -Charge.

5mm thick honey combed pvc wall panelling HL series (as per sample kept in GE office) of wall affairs or its equavilant apporval colour fixed to wall including angle jointed/U jointed required at corners/top of panelling etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and in paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

25 mm thick, Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in sub base for laying floor tiles including finishing the surfaces even and rough without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Vitrified tiles double charged (light shade) of 10mm thick (area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm) as in floors jointed in cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the existing surfaces over and including 15 mm thick screed bedding/ backing layer in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Vitrified tiles double charged (coloured) of 10mm thick (area of each tile exceding 0.42 sqm but not exceeding 0.64 sqm) as in floors jointed with spacers and pointed with liquid tile epoxy grout to match the existing surfaces over and including 15 mm thick screed bedding/ backing layer in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per serial item No. 8 here-in-before but on vertical surfaces as in skirting/dado over and including 10 mm thick screed bedding/ backing layer in CM 1:3, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick or stone or cement concrete walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, removing all type of vegetation (like peeple tree etc) scrubbing down with water complete, all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

10 mm thick rendering oncement plaster on other than fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces works in cement mortar 1:3 as in backing coat of wall tile.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from frames) area exceeding 1.5 square metre and not exceeding 4 square metre each, including cutting holes for taking out hold fasts or dismantling brick work (holes cut and any other damage to jambs, walls for taking out hold fast shall be finished identical to existing finish without any extra cost to Govt. ), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge.

Powder coated of approved colour (15 micron) aluminium frames for door/ windows/ ventilators of approved design with one or more rebated including jointing cleats with all fixing arrangement in repair, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down fan, sealing cable end, dismantling blades and removing fan and blades to store, and applying two coats painting with synthetic enamel to ceiling fans complete, in situ by spraying including filling cavities with filler, one coat after cleaning all dust etc., making all connection using 1.5 sqmm copper conductor multi strand PVC insulated 3 core flexible cable from ceiling rose to fitting including rapair ceiling fan 1200mm sweep, oiling, greasing cleaning slot, over hauling & replacement of defective nut bolts washer etc, and rehanging all as per the directions of Engg-in-Charge.
