Supply and fixing of sub main wiring with two single core 4.0sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated copper conductor FRLSH, multi stranded, unsheathed 1100 volts grade IS-694 marked in PVC conduit and accessories accessories including one single core 4.0sqmm copper conductor cable FRLSH as earth wire and including taking out old sub-main wiring complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE:- (a) All runs of copper conductor and one run of conduit shall be measured as one run length.

Supply and fixing of sheet metal enclosure for MCBs to be used singal pole & nutral double door 8 Way 200 Amps rated busbar and including fixed with 25mm x 6 mm mild steel clamp of suitable length complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of MCB SP of rating 6 to 32 Amps 240 V complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing MCB DP 40 to 63 amps 415 volts 10KA breaking capacity.

Supply and fixing of circuit wiring for fire detection and alarm system of 2 core of 1.50 Sqmm annealed copper conductor aluminium fire barrier & low smoke zero halogen sheath type cover 1100 volts as per BS EN 60228 and including rigid steel stove enamelled black conduit, 20 mm external dia, welded, exclusive of junction boxes, but inclusive of all fittings such as tees, bends, elbows, reducers, bell mouth tube ends and all fixing accessories such as couplers, lock nuts, saddles, pipe hooks etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for earthing with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 60cmx60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below the ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to the galvanised earth lead by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron using GI 4 mm dia wire as earthing lead as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion including necessary excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil, returning filling, disposal of surplus soil, earth pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate pit, funnel, 20mm dia GI medium grade watering pipe, 40mm dia GI medium grade earth lead protection pipe, CI frame and cover, wire, copper lugs etc mesh, chorcoal and common salt in alternatee layer complete all as specified and directed .

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm as in soft/loose soil.

Removing excavated material (soil) not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.50 m above the starting point.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of factory made powder coated (CPRI approved) outdoor type, dust & vermin proof feeder pillar box made out of 3.15mm CRCA steel sheet of suitable size and angle iron 40 mm x 40mm x 6 mm , powder coated over one coat of red oxide primer suitably grouted in PCC-M10 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate including bus bar, internal wiring with PVC insulated single core cables of copper conductor of suitable size duly numbered with tags for the circuits with hinged double door shutters (front & rear), cubical type locking arrangement and slanted roof.
