Fabrication & erection of Mild steel support structures, access platform with gratings/checkered plate & hand rails, pipe supports using MS plates / rolled sections confirming to IS2062 / IS808 including supply of all materials, preperation of detailed fabrication drawings, welding, inspection of welds, cleaning and painting as per specifications with Special Work Permit in UOF active area.

Fabrication & erection of SS 304L structural supports / foundations frame by utilizing SS 304L sheets / plates issued as FIM with special work permit in UOF active area.

Erection of SS pipe sub assemblies which involves preperation of spool drawings as per actual site measurments, transpotation of pipes, fittings, valves etc from store to site, acid cleaning, bending of pipes (up to 50 NB pipe size), final erection of pipe sub assemblies along with inline specialities on permanent pipe supports and pressure testing of the pipe spools / lines with special work permit in UOF active area.. (Pipe sizes upto 25 NB are accounted as 1" for measurment of Inch-m quantity).

(Pipe sizes upto 25 NB are accounted as 1").

Fabrication of pipe sub assemblies involving cutting, edge preparation, fit up, Butt/Nozzle/Mitre welding of SS 304L pipes, fittings and specialities using GTAW process with Argon for purging and shielding, LP examination at root and final passes and weld passivation. (Pipe sizes upto 25 NB are accounted as 1").

Radiographic Examinations of Butt welds as per tender technical specifications in inactive area of UOF.

Fabrication, Supply & testing of 1 No's Multiline radial grease lubricator (Cenlube make model RL-10-10 or equivalent having reservoir capacity 10 litres, discharge 3gm/min/outlet, maximum pressure: 200kg/cm^2, reduction radio of drive:70:1, motor:0.37kw,415 VAC, 1400 RPM, 4 Pole, 3 phase limit switch for low grease indication) along with 10 no's of compatible pumping element (discharge:0.05-0.25 cc/stroke/plunger, delivery pressure: 200kg/cm^2) as per technical specification & data sheet.

Fabrication, Supply & performance testing of Pneumatic operated SS Knife Edge Valve of size 2'', 150# as per tender technical specifications.

Fabrication, Supply & performance testing of Hand Wheel Opreated SS Knife Edge Valve of size 2'', 150# as per tender technical specifications.

Supply & Fabrication of Calciner Screw Feeder DE bearing (4 no's), RAV PTS DE & NDE bearing (20 no's), RTD DE & NDE Bearing (2 No's separately), RTD screw feeder bearing DE & NDE (8 No's), RTD feed RAV DE & NDE bearing (4 No's).

Supply & Fabrication of bearings for different capacity of Centrifugal pumps installed at UOF (20 no's for 25 mm dia , 30 no's for 30 mm dia, 10 no's 20 mm dia pump shaft).

Supply, Fabrication, machining, assembly & testing of miscellaneous component of rotary machines like chain, sprocket, gears etc. (MOC: Hard faced Mild Steel) as per suit & site requirements.

Supply, fabrication, machining of SS 304 nuts,bolts & washers of different sizes (M6 to M24).

Supply of SS304L/SS316L Rod conforming to ASTM A 276 Gr.304L/316L as per tender technical specification.
