Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S.clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineerin-charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. Note: - This item to be used for maintenance work judicially, necessary deduction for scaffolding in the existing item to be done.

Providing and fixing face Tiles 230 x 50 x17 mm machine made vibro hydraulic compacted Burnt Clay brick Tile silicon coated on one side (Colour Terracotta series) on wall with under layer of 12 mm thick cement plaster 1:3 and jointed with neat cement matched with pigment complete as per drawings, specifications and to the entire satisfaction of engineer- in- charge.

Preparation of plastered or concrete surface for painting (including sand papering the surface) using Acryllic Wall Putty by applying two or more coats to get required finish including priming coat to make an even surfacebeforeapplyingAcrylicwall puttyon new plastered surface.Complete as per specifications

Finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade with two or more coats applied @ 1.67 litre/10Sqm over and including base coat of water proofing Cement Paint applied @ 2.20 Kg/10 Sqm

Providing and applying injection grouting using cement slurry admixed with Fosroc Chemical Conplast WL or any other equivalent compound @ 300 ml/ Bag of cement through the uPVC nozzles ( 12mm dia uPVC/ Plastic Nozzles - 4" to 9" long @ 5 No: / Sqm of area) , provided into the cracks/ honeycombed areas using 140 PSI hand operated Grouting Pump under pressure till the refusal,doing final Cement slurry Grouting (after 28 Days),, finally cutting & sealing of Nozzle. including all labour, supervision, tools and tackles and transportation etc. complete as per direction of Enginer -in- charge.

Providing and placing in position Micro-concrete, which shall be cement based prepacked single component, chloride free, non-shrink, free flow, self compacting, ready to use after mixing water in specified proportion obtained from approved manufacturer as per specification and directions of Engineer in charge (Payment under this item shall be made only after proper wet curing has been done and surface has been satisfactorily evaluated by sounding/tapping with a blunt metal instrument) complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of engineer-in-charge. Providing and fixing special water tight centering and shuttering including bolting, strutting, propping etc so as to withstand a pressure of 0.1 Mpa including removal of forms for all locations for columns repair. complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of engineer-in-charge.
