M&L concealed point wiring with 2.5sq mm PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded single core copper conductor FRLS, ISI marked cable, through & with and including stove enamelled steel conduit metallic ISI Marked and all accessories, including suitable metal flush box,hylem sheet white cover and 2.5sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded single core copper conductor FRLS, ISI marked cable as earth continuity conductor, cutting chasis, and making good disturbed surfaces etc complete all as specified & directed for 16 Amp socket.

Supply & fix Flame proof Sheet metal enclsoure SPN 8 way for fixing MCBs 240 volt including MCB DP 32 A- 1 No as incomer & MCBs SP 6 to 16 Amps-6 Nos as outgoing with as specified .

Supply & fix in repair / replacement Flame proof Sheet metal enclsoure for fixing MCBs 4 way 240 volt including MCB DP 32 A- 1 No as incomer & MCBs SP 6 to 32 Amps-2 Nos as outgoing with as specified .

Supply & Fix Switch flame proof rotary type with termination box in LM6, 16A, single pole 250V , complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Chemical earthing with copper earth plate of size 900 x 600 x 5 mm & copper earth strip 32 x 6 mm buried in ground vertically to a depth not less than 3.0 metre below ground level with top edge earth electrode at a depth not less than 2.40 metre deep below ground level including suitable quantity of backfill chemical compound for filling in each pit to cover earth electrode minimum 150 mm all around and electrode shall be jointed with the copper strip of size 32 x 6 mm by exhothermic weld complete with earth pit chamber of size 300 x300 mm and RCC cover for demarking the location of earth electrode location. S & F in repair Air termination in repair, single pointed, copper rod 12mm dia and 300mm long fixed on GI pipe 50mm bore 1 mtr long with the help of nuts & bolts fixed on PCC block of suitable size complete all as specified and directed. Note : GI Pipe to be measured & paid saperately under relevant of schedule.

Taking down old unserviceable termination rod 20 mm dia for replacement.

M&L for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead for down conductor fixed to wall on porceline insulators/saddle or on button or recess or chases or burried in ground or drawn in conduit/ pipe or fixed to pole or any other etc as required 32x6mm copper strip include screws, nuts & bolts.

All as per Item no 15.00 above but of size 20x 3.15mm .

Taking down old Copper / Alluminium strip of any sizes as down conductor/roof conductor carefully for re-use, shifting unserviceable conductor to store under sch of credit all as directed.

M&L for refixing Copper / Alluminium strip of any sizes as down conductor/roof conductor after soldering between earth strip and refixing the copper / aluminium strip by providing new porciline insulator or burried in ground or drawn in conduit including PVC conduit, fixing apprangements with wall/roof all as per clause SSR part I and as directed.

M&L for PCC blocks of size 300mmx300mmx300mm made of 1:2:4 type B 1 ( 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) to be provided for each termination rod , complete all as specified and as directed

M& L for GI pipe medium grade 40 mm dia with socket at one end in the length of 1.2 mtr for supporting of air termination rod complete all as specified and as directed.

Note :- (i) The unit rate includes earth lead and protection pipe up to maximum 7.5 metre from earth plate to earth point/test point. Taking down old UNSV light fittings any type and Supply & Fix LED street light 72 Watt operating temp range -20deg.C to +50 deg C SL light fitting 72 Watt fitting ingress protection IP 66 conforming to IS 16107 with photo biological saftey as per IS 16108 , type of LED luminarie as per IS and type B , Type of LED modules as per IS 16103 type 3 with luminarie system efficiencey 100lm/watt with adjust mounting brackets. Make :-Surya Cat part No SLE UL 72W IP66 LXN or equivalent in WIPRO/Crompton Greaves/Bajaj.

Supply and fix LED 150 W flood light fitting on pole /wall with lense , high luminous rectangular LED flood light with innovative thermal management and available with multiple optics and equiped with IP 66 protection better distribution applicable for area lighting including suitable mounting brackets nuts and bolts and electrical connection complete all as directed.

Supply, laying in trenches and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 120 sq mm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out LT cable XLPE/PVC sheathed 1100 volts grade armoured with aluminum conductor carefully of any size from trenches, poles, under floor etc for further use/disposal all as specified and directed. .

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 sq mm 4 core complete all as specified and directed.

Relaying of serviceable LT cable of size 10/16 Sqmm 4 core in trenches/ GI Pipe including relaying bricks retreived under item 11 above . Note : (i) Earth work will be measured and paid seperately under relevant items.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and n. exc 1.5 m in depth for laying of cable for soft/ loose soil and getting out all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cm apart for soft/loose soil all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated surplus soil to a distance n. exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning by using fine sand (Tibba sand ) in two layers , first layer of 80mm thick before laying of cable and second layer of 150mm thick after laying of cable (total punned depth of sand shall be 180 mm after punning down) complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Punned thickness shall be measured for payment.

M&L for cover to underground cable with one layer of bricks using sub class B bricks (old size) laid flat across the cable complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for making cross hole suitable for 50 mm dia bore pipe including passing GI pipe of size 40 mm dia, below the road with the help of pressure pipe/ boring tools for passing the cable and removing of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 100 mtr from work site all as directed. Note : Gi pipe to be measured and paid seperately under relevant items,.

Supply, laying and testing in replacement of 40 mm bore GI tubing (light grade) with new fittings, laying in floor/trenches for support UG cables as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement for kiosk box of minimum size 300x200x100 mm for luminaries control swithes, weather proof made out of PVC/HDPE fire retardant, non fusing, shock & rust proof, single piece moulded/SMC housing and SMC cover with hinged door, pole mounting type comprising of aluminium busbar TPN of 60 Amps with 6 Amps MCB, SP with base channel , fixed on pole with MS, clamps 30x5 mm with necessary nuts, washer for Street light)
