M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint on new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth over a coat of red oxide primer including cleaning and preparation of surfaces complete all as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1, using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates, as in floor, sub base etc, 75 mm thick, fininsged even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment all as specified rolled mild steel in stairs (framed) including stringers, treads landing, balusters, hand rails etc including cleats, brackets etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 0.50 mm thick TCT (total coated thickness) pre-coloured galvalume sheets with minimum base metal thickness of 0.45 mm, single skin high rib/multi rib profile galvalume sheeting having 1000-1020 mm width and 28-30 mm high crest @ maximum 250-255 mm pitch (centre) with sheets manufactured out of 0.50 mm this TCT (total coated thickness) high tensile galvalume sheets having tensile strength 550 MPA with 18-20 micron top coat over 5 micron primer and 8-10 micron alkyld backer zinc aluminium alloy AZ-150, sheets having a dip metallic zinc (43.5%0 aluminium (55%) & silicon (1.5%) with total mass coating of 150 gms/sqm on both sides, having wide pans with minimum 3 small stiffening ribs for effective water shedding and special male/female ends with full return legs on laps for purlin support and fixed as per existing profile of roof complete all as specified and directed.

M&L False ceiling with 'E' board "Classic", reinforced, designer series, board with HPSC of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 4 mm thick fixed on aluminium powder coated snap grid to support the boards/files with aluminium anodised main 'T' section 36mm x 25mm x 1.40mm cross tee 23.50mm x 23.50mm x 1.40mm thick and aluminium angle 25mm x 25mm x 1.40mm as on edges/sides including hanging arrangements with 1.6mm dia GI wire and anodised adjuster and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer on exposed surfaces complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for RCC type A1 1:1.5:3 (nominal mix) ( 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in slabs supported on walls/beams etc including necessary formwork complete all as speciified and directed. (NOTE: MS reinforcement shall be measured seperately)

M&L TMT Bars 6 to 8 mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required including crank-ing, bending and binding with and including Mild Steel Wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm, complete all as specified and as directed.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-II (E/M WORKS)

S&F in repair air termination, single pointed copper rod, 12 mm dia and 300 mm long, fixed on GI pipes with earthing strips for earth coductivity to ground complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE: GI pipe & earthing strip shall be measured and paid seperately)

S&F in repair test point terminal block, made of gun metal or phosporous beonze of size 75 mm X 75 mm X 25mm, drilled and screwed including 3 Nos, 8 mm dia and 25 mm long hex screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair copper strip 20 mm X 3.15 mm with saddles and fixing screws etc, for roof conductors and down conductors above ground complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair earth contuinity conductor with aluminium strips of size 25 mm X 3 mm, fixed to wall/on batten/recess/chases/ buried in ground/drawin in conduit or pipes/fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair galvanised iron strip 32mm X 6 mm with saddles and fixing screws etc for roof conductors and down conductors above ground or buried in ground complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair GI tubing 40 mm bore, light grade, laid in trenches/floors or fixed along poles/walls for cable/earth strip protection, fixed with proper size clamps, nuts & bolts or for fixing lightning conductors etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1, using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates, as in coping of poles/pipes/strip alignment etc including necessary formwork, finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6.0 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level with top edge earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5M below normal ground level connected to galvanized steel earth wire 4 mm dia (upto 7.5 metres) by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanized steel and connected to main switch board or main control board as directed and including provision of concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1, pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 cover slab 45 cm x 45 cm x 5 cm reinforced with 8 mm dia. TMT bars @ 150 mm centre to centre both ways, with one handle for lifting made out of 8 mm dia MS bar, provision of funnel, wire mesh, 20 mm bore galvanized steel tubing (Medium grade) for watering, charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers, 15 mm bore galvanized steel tubing medium grade for protection of earth lead connection, necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil and including necessary testing complete all as shown in Figure 15A of IS 3043 :1987 and taking out of existing earthing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and installation of advance encapsulated compound based CPRI tested and approved maintenance free, pipe-in-pipe technology upgraded (Zinc & Ally coated), zinc coated (80-100) microns. Earthing system shall conform to IS 3034. The outer and inner pipe should be 76.2 mm and 41.9 mm 3 metres length, zin coated with additional special alloy coating 300 mm on the topside for additional corrosion protection of the terminal. The annular space between the pipes shall be filled up with Compact Fill (CF) crystalline conductive compound. The Compact Fill (CF) mixture which is machine pressed in the pipes should be extended with terminals for connectivity. The job includes necessary Excavation and earthwork for pits and returning and fillings complete by electrodite/ conductolite back fill comound (Ground enhancer). The back fill compound should be eco friendly and should not contain environmentally hazardous CONTD........

Item No. 2.10 Contd.... materials/metal having RoHS certification from NABL accredited lab. Earth used shall be free from any foreign materials/chemicals to fill the excavated Pits by mixing the same with BFC (as required by not less than 50 Kg) including PCC pit in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded aggregates and RCC pre-cast cover slab of size 450 x 450 x 50 mm in RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded aggregates, reinforced with and including 8.0 mm dia TMT bars @ 100 mm centre to centre both ways or FRP pit cover incl taking out of existing earthing complete all as specified and directed. (NOTES :- 1) The acceptable earth resistance at earth busbar/test point shall not be more than 01 Ohm. 2) The work shall be carried out by authorised trained rep of the OEM.) (MAKE : ASHLOK / INDELAC / MACKMET / JMV LPS LTD or any of the manufacturers listed in particular specifications)

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Air Cooled Vertical Type Air Conditioner, minimum 3.0 TR capacity, energy efficient with minimum 2 star rating, with indoor and outdoor units, cordless remote control, scroll type compressor and other standard accessories complete all as specified and directed. (MAKE: DAIKIN, Model No: FVRN100AXV16 (Indoor Unit) & RR100DGXY16 (Outdoor Unit) or equivalent model in CARRIER / LLYOD) (NOTES : 1. AC refrigerant should be Non CFC. 2. Copper pipes beyond the standard length supplied by manufacturer alongwith the ACs shall be measured and paid seperately)

S&F mild steel angle iron brackets, powder coated, fixed on walls/floors with foundations nuts & bolts complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sub main wiring with 4 run of FRLS PVC insulated & unsheathed single core multistranded copper conductor of nominal cross sectional area 10.0 sqmm alongwith one run of FRLS PVC insulated & unsheathed single core multistranded copper conductor of nominal cross sectional area 10.0 sqmm as earth continuity conductor drawn through and incl PVC casing-caping of suitable size, surface type complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE : Five runs of single core 10.0 sqmm cable & one run of PVC casing capping shall be measured as one unit)

Supply and fixing refrigerant line copper tubing of size 5/8" with clamping on wall surface or concealed with both ends connections complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE: Measurement shall be taken for pipes beyond the standard length of pipe supplied with the AC)
