Colour washing with two coats using ready mixed Exterior/ Interior Emulsion (First quality - Apex or its equivalent) of approved quality and colour over a coat of exterior/ Interior emulsion water based primer exterior /Interior surfaces with three coats of putty including through scrapping, clean removal of dirt, cost of all materials, scaffolding, Labour, Lead, Lift etc., complete and including necessary crack filling paste, putty wherever required.

Ceiling colour washing with two coats using ready mixed Emulsion (First quality - Apex or its equivalent) of approved quality and colour over a coat of emulsion water based primer ceiling surfaces including through scrapping, clean removal of dirt, cost of all materials, scaffolding, Labour, Lead, Lift etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing solid core 35mm thick flush shutters with Teak ply on both side with teak wood lipping alround the shutter,including cost of frame of size 100 X 75 mm including cost of all fixtures of standard size and specification, locking arrangements, painting 2 coats of enamel paint over one coat of primer and 2 coats of wood putty, transport charges, labour for fixing, lead, lift etc., complete as directed by the Engineer at site.

Dismantling the existing Wooden Partition labour, cost minor T&P's lead, lift ete., complete.

Cement Solid Block in CM 1:5 using 15 cm cement Solid block for super structure and manhole including cost of all materials, labour charges, curing,scaffolding charges all leads and lifts etc., complete and as directed by Engineer.

Plastering with CM 1:5,12 mm including cost of cement for Inner/Outer walls including labour, curing, all leads and lifts etc., complete as per standard specification.

Supplying & fixing of cuddapah slab polished both sides for cup-Board, 20mm thick including all materials, lead, lift and fixing in position etc., complete.

Reinforced cement concrete in C.C. 1:1 ½ :3 mix using 12 to 20mm HBG machine crushed metal for Lintel beams including cost of cement, all materials, labour, curing, vibration charges, with shuttering, all leads, lifts, as per standard specification, etc., complete. (but excluding cost of steel reinforcement.)

Providing steel reinforcement MS/RTS rods for all reinforced concrete works, including cost of steel MS/RTS rods, binding wire, labour charges for cutting, straightening bending as per type design drawing, placing aligning, and tying properly with all leads and lift as per standard specification, etc., complete.
