Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

satisfactorily completed (at least 50% of the contract value), as prime contractor, at least one similar nature of Work done certificate Construction of CC Road/UGD Woks of value not less than Rs 5.00 Lakhs in last 5 years. i.e 2019-20 to 2023-24 (Updated to 2024-25 (upload scan copy of work done Certificate report issued by the employer (Not less than the rank of Executive Engineer) and originals should be produced while opening the tender.)
