(UPVC pipes should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before laying)

DI SINGLE CHAMBER AIR RELEASE VALVE: Manufacture, Supply and Delivery and fixing of 80mm Tamper proof DI single chamber double orifice, triple function (ventilating, admitting and venting during operation) air release valves with pressure range from PN 1.0 to 2.5 with body and cover made of Ductile Iron of Grade GGG 40 or equivalent grade conforming to IS 1865 with Food Grade Epoxy Powder coating(EP-P) inside and for outside of colour blue RAL 5005. Supplying, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 160 KVA (6SL 1500TA G3) GENSET incorporating water cooled Diesel engine, green alternator, 3 phase, 415 volts, 0.8 PF, AMF panel CPCB II approved Acoustic Enclousure ,battery & Diesel tank(Generator used for producing electricity) technical specification enclosed including liasioning with electrical inspector for preparation of drawing such as schematic layout,earthing layout etc., submission of drawing to electrical inspector, and getting drawing approval. Preparation of work completition report and arranging EI inspection preparation of defect report after inspection obtaining safety certificate etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. All the fittings should of approved/reputed Brand. The brand/Model of the fittings should be got approved from the Higher officials before fixing.

Earthwork excavation for foundation in all soils and sub soils such as stiff clay,stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales, muram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders etc., to the required depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring strutting and bailing out water wherever necessary, including refilling the sides of the foundation with excavated earth in 150 mm layers well watered, rammed and consolidated and depositing the surplus earth in places shown, clearing and leveling the site with an initial lead of 10 metre and lifts as specified hereunder etc., all complete in all respects complying with relevant standard specification and drawing as directed by the departmental officers.

Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (One of cement, two of Msand and four of stone jelly) for all reinforced cement concrete works, namely plinth beams, tie beams, column and column footing, slabs using 20mm gauge hard broken stone jelly excluding the cost and fabrication of reinforcement grills, shuttering and centering but including vibrating, laying, curing, etc. all complete in all respects complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by the Departmental officers.

Providing Form work and centering for reinforced cement concrete works including supports and strutting up to 3.30m height for plane surfaces as detailed below with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and MS 10 gauge stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mmx25mmx3mm for boarding laid over silver oak or country wood joists of size 10cmx6.5cm spaced at about 90cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm intervals and removing the same after a specified period without damaging the R.C.C works etc., complete complying with standard specifaction and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position of Mild steel Grills/Ribbed Tor Steels for reinforcement Fe500 HYSD for all floors including cost of steel, binding wire, bending, tying etc etc, all complete complying with relevant standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.All the material used in the construction are approved Brand /reputed Brand as per agreement condition.

Plastering in C.M 1:3 (one of cement and three of M sand) 12mm thick for bottom of sunshade, ceiling in all floors, including hacking the RCC surface, providing necessary water bond using same mortar mix wherever necessary and scaffolding, curing ,finishing etc all complete in all respects complying with relevant standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply. Manufacuring and Fixing in position of RCC Fencing Post of size 0.15x0.15m to an height of 2.10 m including cost of steel, moulding charges, concreting, conveyance as directed by the departmental officiers.

Supplying and fixing of 10 gauge Galvanished Iron Chain link fencing of size 50mmx50mmx1.80 m as per drawing including cost of materisls, necessary transport charges, labour charges for fixing etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Departmental officers.

Painting the exterior walls with two coats of approved cement paint over one coat of primer over Cement Plastered surface including cost of brushes, emulsion paints scaffolding curing etc., complete in all respects complying with relevant standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. ( The quality and shade of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use).

Supplying and fixing of MS Gate as per drawing and as per relevant standard specifications.

Painting new iron work with two coats of approved I st class synthetic ready mixed enamel paint of approved quality, brand and shade over the existing priming coat. The paint should be supplied by the contractor at his own cost. (The quality and shade of the paint should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on works) etc. all complete complying with relevant standard specifications.
