Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforcement) in ground floors exc 15 cm in thickness (above ground level), complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : All the demolished material will be disposed off outside the MOD land).

M&L for 100mm thick cement concrete type B-2 1:2:4 (40mm graded aggregate ) finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth using extra cement all as directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick Cement concrete type D2, 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in sub base of flooring/ hard standing.

M/L for 25mm thick cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) as levelling course below tiles

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick , set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigments in floors.

Excavating in trenches, not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth, for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sqm on plan and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for hardcore of gauge not exceeding 63 mm of broken granite stone, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick Cement concrete type C2, 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in sub base of flooring/ hard standing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation tickness 50mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete.

Demolition of precast concrete block walling, brickwork of stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles etc all as specified and directed.

M & L for walling of random rubble, masonary uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in cement mortar 1: 6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing precast cement concrete block masonary with solid blocks exc 10cm width, type C-1, (1:3:6) using 20mm graded stone aggregate and set in cement mortar (1:6) completeall as specified and directed.

M & L for Flush pointing to block in course or ashlar masonry on concrete block walling in CM 1:4 complete all specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of block masonary or concrete surfaces complete all specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type-B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs etc complete all as specified and directed.
