Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr deep and getting out in soft/loose soil for laying of cable/foundation of pole and stay etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for sand cushioning in trenches for protection of LT underground cable including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and lay well burnt sub class ‘B’ bricks, locally available of size 23x11.5x7.5 cm in trenches for protection of underground cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing the excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above ground level from the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Excavation by Trench less Boaring Technology method for making holes under road, pavement, hard standing using Ultra sound technique and engaging necessary Machine including HDPE pipe duly ISI marked of dia 50 mm suitable for 0.4 MPA working pressure complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note - HDPE pipe and making good the disturbed surface is deemed to be included in rate quoted by the Contractor.

Supply and lay GI pipe of light grade 40 mm bore complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and lay GI pipe of light grade 80 mm bore complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking out old serviceable /unserviceable underground cable of 16 Sqmm 4 Core size from the excavated trenches /pipes complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Necessary earth work if any required will be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

Supply and lay or fixing or passing through pipe of XLPE (FRLS) with aluminium conductor cable with heavy duty stranded1100 volts of size 16 Sqmm 4 Core. Note:- XLPE insulated PVC sheathing (heavy duty) armoured cable with aluminium conductor for working pressure up to and including 1100 volts confirming to IS-7098 (Part-I) for PVC insulated cables with following features (a) Cable shall have fire retarded low smoke (FRLS) compound added to it in the out sheathing as per IEC 754(part-I) IEC-60332 part-2 IFEE 383 ASTM 2x43 and ASTM 2X63 flame retardant compound (PR) as per Engr-in-charge specification. (b) Inner sheathing shall be of extruded PVC. (c) Heat resisting PVC shall also be added to extrude inner and outer sheathing (d) Cable shall also be supplied with sequences hall marking at every meter as the outer sheathing. (e) Ultra violet radiation resistances compounded comprising ton ASTMG-53. (f) Anti rodent and anti termite compound to be added (g) PVC compounds of various grades as per IS-5831 (h) compaction of conductors shall be shaped and arrangement for the same will be on the cable. Note:- (i) Each cable shall be tested for all applicable routine tests as per IS-5831,IS-7098 BS-6746,BS-5467 and IEC 60502 and test reports shall be provided to GE. (ii) Type of test as per relevant specification shall be produced Engr-in-charge.

Taking down existing old LT panel board/ LT feeder pillar box comprising of MCCB & switch fuse unit of any capacity and size including bus bar, ammeters, voltmeters etc after disconnecting all cable connection and removing from site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for machine Spray painting to LT panel board with two coats of synthetic enamel paint including preparation/cleaning of steel surfaces and welding work as required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling of the unserviceable concrete poles of any size/length including necessary breaking of PCC, Excavation, Earth work and removing from the site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply & install steel tubular swaged poles of type 410-SP-31 (9.0 mtr long) with CI base plate and finial single swan neck duly painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer as per pattern and colour complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 by using 40 mm grade stone aggregate as in mass concrete for filling in foundation of stay/pole including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
