Providing Random Rubble masonry in CM 1:5 for foundation as directed by the Engineer in charge including cost of all materials, labour charges, curing, T&P, lead, lift etc., complete.

Providing Plinth beam with RCC 1:1.5:3 mix using 12mm to 20mm graded HBG metal as directed by the Engineer in charge including cost of form work, centering and shuttering, cost of all materials, labour charges, vibrating the concrete, curing, all T&P, lead, lift etc., complete but excluding cost of steel reinforcement.

Providing steel reinforcement RTS / MS rods for all RCC works including cutting, bending, binding, tying and placing in position including cost of steel, binding wire, lead, lift and etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in charge at site.

Brick work in CM 1:4 using IInd class chamber burnt bricks (9"x 4 1/2" x3”) for basement and super structure as directed by the Engineer in charge including cost of all materials, scaffolding, labour charges, curing, lead, lift, T&P, etc., complete.

Plastering in CM 1:5, 12mm thick for surfaces of all walls including cost of all materials, scaffolding charges, labour charges, curing, lead, lift, T&P etc., complete.

Flush pointing with CM 1:3 using P Sand (Plastering Sand) on both sides for Randum Rubble masonry wall as directed by the engineer incharge at site including cost of all materials, laboure charges, scafolding charges, curing, T&P, lead and lift etc, complete.

Outer colour washing with two coats using ready mixed Weather Proof Exterior Emulsion (First quality - Apex or its equivalent) of approved quality and colour over a coat of exterior emulsion water based primer exterior surfaces including through scrapping, clean removal of dirt, cost of all materials, scaffolding, labour, lead, lift etc., complete and including necessary crack filling paste, putty whereever required.

Lettering in English and Tamil with various sizes of letters and Emblems with two coats of approved quality and colour enamel paint over required base coats to the surfaces of approved colour as directed by the Engineer at site including cost of all materials, labours, scafolding, brushes, lead, lift, etc., complete.
