Repair and Renovation of Amphitheatre of Odisha Judicial Academy, Cuttack for the year 2025-26

Civil works:- Dismantling brick or stone masonry above 3.0m height including stacking the useful materials for re-use and removing the debris away from work site within 50m. Lead including cost of labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling & removing old damaged cement concrete and cleaning the surface and removing the debris away from worksite, stacking the useful materials for re-use including cost of all labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling and removing old damaged tile flooring upto required depth including stacking the useful materials for re-use and removing the debris away from work site within 50m. lead etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Scrapping out old paints from wall with scrapper, sand papering, washing with soap or soda water including scaffolding charges etc. complete in all respect as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches in all kinds of soil up to the required depth including Moorum, stony earth and earth mixed with boulders except sheet rocks and boulders requiring blasting including dressing, leveling the bed and depositing the excavated materials away from work site with initial leads and lifts, T&P shoring, shuttering and dewatering if required etc, complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Carriage of surplus Earth/ Debris by Mechanical Means upto 5KM. Lead including Cost of all Labour for Loading & Unloading Charges, Transportation and spreading in layers at the dumping area etc. Complete as per specification & direction of Engineering-in-charge.

Supplying, & filling in foundation and plinth with good quality river sand including watering, ramming with cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P, sundries required for the work etc., complete (Measurement will be taken on finished compacted section) as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 4cm(1½”) size hard crusher broken granite stone metal of approved quality and from approved quarry including lowering, laying concrete, watering, curing etc, complete to required levels laid in layers not exceeding 0’-6” thick in each layer including cost, conveyances, royalties, taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc, complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

R.C.C work of M-25 Grade having a minimum compressive strength (in work test) 200kg/sqcm in 15cm cubes at 28 days after mixing and test conducted in accordance with IS 456 and IS516 using 20mm down graded size black hard crusher broken granite stone chips as per the design mix of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, laying and compaction by using vibrators, watering, curing for 28days, centering, shuttering and finishing the exposed surface smooth, providing grooves or beads where necessary including cost, conveyances, royalties, taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect but excluding cost of MS Rod or tor steel and binding wires & labour charges for bending binding and tying the grills etc. as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
