Taking down carefully any type of copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete including conduits/casing caping with fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendents, regulators, bells, sockets, tube light fittings etc, removing the materials /debris and making good the disturbed surface of walls & floors etc to match with the original existing finish complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for one point wiring with PVC insulated un-sheathed cable with stranded copper conductor FR-LSH conforming to IS : 694 of size 1.5 Sq mm single core, including one No. 1.5 Sq mm single core PVC insulated un-sheathed copper cable FR-LSH as continuous earth wire drawn in and including PVC Casing & Caping double lock type of as required width (not less than 20 mm in width) ISI marked medium grade white colour with all accessories of same grade fixed on wall/ceiling including terminated in to Cast iron/pressed steel terminal box 60mm deep of required size made out of 2mm thick MS sheet duly painted both sides with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover fixed with brass screw & cup washers and including provision of modular metal flush box, modular cover plate with frame top cover for mounting switches, fan regulators etc for one light point controlled by one 5 Amp switch one way complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for sub main wiring with two runs of single core 2.5 Sqm, FRLS Copper conductor PVC insulated unsheathed cable as per IS 694-1990 (third revision) drawn through & including non- metallic rigid PVC casing caping (double interlock type) of suitable width medium duty with all accessories such as Tees, elbows, junction boxes etc, as required fixed on wall along with one run of 2.5 Sqmm single core PVC FRLS insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable as continuous earth wire and connecting to existing main switch board/distribution board and testing on completion etc complete all as directed. (Note :- Two runs of cable, one run of earth continuity conductor and one run of PVC casing caping/conduit shall be measred as one unit)

M & L for Street light bracket made out of GI tubing 32/40 mm dia, light grade bend to shape suitable for below mentioned security light fitting with necessary MS clamps with one coat of red oxide and two coats of aluminium paint including nut, bolt, washers etc.

Taking down of existing UNSV flood light fitting of any type, supply and fix LED Flood light fittings 200 Watts including fixing arrangement and ncluding connections with 3 run of 2.5 Sq mm aluminium unsheathed wire multistranded, necessary connections complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down of existing UNSV flood light fitting of any type, supply and fix LED Flood light fittings 180 Watts including fixing arrangement and ncluding connections with 3 run of 2.5 Sq mm aluminium unsheathed wire multistranded, necessary connections complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Earthing complete with Galvanised earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanised earth wire 4 mm dia by mean of nuts/bolts,check nuts and washers of brass as shown in electrical plate No. 5 of SSR part I including necessary excavation and earth work, GI Pipe 20 mm bore light grade for watering with Funnel, wire mesh, PCC pit chamber in cement mortar 1:3:6 type C-2 with 40 mm thick Precast RCC cover slab 1:2:4 type B 0 with 8 mm dia TMT bar and handle with lifting hooks, adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt etc including testing and taking out old unserviceable any type complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down ceiling fan 1200/1400 mm sweep of any make from its existing position after disconnecting of electric connection for carrying out repairs including servicing, overhauling, greasing etc after cleaning the body internally and externally with cleaning agent including renewal of minor spare parts such as split pins, cater pins, coupling bolt, capacitor holder, terminal adoptor, screws, nuts and washers etc and replacement of spare parts/accessories such as ball bearings, gun metal bushes, capacitor, canopy top and bottom, shackle clip assembly, rewinding of fan motor, painting and including hanging / fixing back in existing location and making cable connections and testing for its satisfactory performance complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 52.00 above, but of exhaust fan of size upto 300/380 mm sweep all as directed.

Supply and fix copper conductor cable 3 core; 0.75 sqmm, PVC insulated, sheathed, flexible, multistranded, 1100 volts grade for making connection to ceiling fan from ceiling rose complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix galvanised louvre shutter suitable for exhaust fan 300/380 mm sweep and fixing arrangement at out side of wall surface at any height complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix galvanised louver shutter suitable for exhaust fan 450 mm sweep and fixing arrangement at out side of wall surface at any height complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for painting to ceiling fan of any sweep complete body, blades and down rod with two coat of synthetic enamel paint similar to match with existing colour after preparation of surfaces by using electric spray machine including marking of MES Number with black paint complete all as specified and directed directed.
