Servicing of ceiling fans of capacity 1200/1400mm including taking down from site, dismantling, cleaning, greasing/oiling of bush and bearings, replacement of set of split pins, cotter pins, blade screws of suitable size, fan canopy set and ensuring all blades screwed properly before refixing incl replacement of PVC fan box round sheet on ceiling and making electric connection with flexible copper conductor of size 3core 0.50Sqmm complete all as specified and directed. Note: 1. Servicing of ceiling fan will be done at site. 2. Rewinding and unserviceable parts other than specified in this item if any will be measured saperately

Taking out burnt winding wire by cutting, cleaning slots and re-winding of AC ceiling fan motor 1200mm sweep any make with super enameled colour copper winding wire of gauge 35SWG including, sleeve work, varnishing with F class insulation paper with threading complete all as specified and directed. Note:- 1. Total weight of winding wire should not be less than 200gm. 2. Rewinding of fan motor will be done at workshop. Make of winding wire: BIC/ Devidyal or equivalent make as per command approved list.

All as per Srl item No 02 here-in-above but for size 1400mm sweep.

Supply only for replacement of old unserviceable capacitor AC 440 volts 2.5 mfd with copper wire terminal incl PVC clamp complete all as specified and directed. Make: Havells/Bajaj/Usha.

Supply & fixing in metal clad plug , socket and top 20Amps, 2P+E complete all as specified.

Taking down carefully unsv copper/aluminium point wiring (light/fan/Bell/socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, sockets, ceiling rose, lamp holders, brackets, pendent, regulators, sketch fitting etc removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody for taking credit and making good to disturb surface of wall/floor with cement mortar and finishes to match existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for point wiring using 3 x 1.5 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed /multi stranded copper conductor cable (Phase, neutral and earth wire) drawn through and incl concealed conduit medium grade of dia not less than 20mm and 1.8mm thick with all accessories and connected to common earth dolly with approved make sunken modular metal flush gang box (16gauge) and suitable support frame and cover plate (inner/outer) of required modules including cutting grooves for concealed wiring for light/fan point controlled by one 1way swtich complete all as specified and directed. Note: 1. Conduit shall be fixed on surface of ceiling with necessary saddles where concealing of conduit is not feasible. 2. Connections of cable with MCBs or switch/sockets shall be done through proper size copper/brass pin/U type thimbles.

S & F in replacement SPN MCB DB 8 way sheet metal enclosures double door 230 V AC, 50 Hz AC with IP 43 and IK 09 rating having fully insulated copper busbar of rating not less than 100Amps, insulated neautral bar, earth bar and cable ties for cable management including polyuthrene gasket complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement MCB SP 240V, 50Hz of rating 6 to 32 Amp with breaking capacity of 10 kA having bi-connect terminals on the bottom terminals for looping and 35Sqmm termination capacity on both terminals with insulated sliding shutters and two position DIN rail clamp for easy mounting complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement driver for LED 36watt recess/surface mounted lights of make as per site requirement including connecting up with flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out of electric meters 1Phase/3Phase and removing the burnt links, thimbles, connection wire and refixing at same location incl replacing burnt link, 3 run of PVC insulated FRLS copper wire of suitable size for connection from MCB to Meter with Pin type brass thimbles of suitable size complete all as specifed and directed.

Deduct Total amount of SCH 'A' SECTION-II (SCH OF CREDIT) Rs. 68169.00 ( to be deducted from Schedule ‘A’ (BOQ) to arrive at the Contract Sum)
