PROVISION OF HIGH MAST LIGHTS AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS AT AIRFORCE STATION YELAHANKA

Amount

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m deep for laying of cables, pipes, foundation for poles etc., and getting out in any type of soil all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point as directed.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, Type 1 with peak, size 250 mm x 150mm x 40mm all as specified and as directed.

Supply, lay, spread in trenches 'M' sand including spreading, levelling, punning for cushioning of cable all as specified and as directed. Note : For payment purpose only punned thickness shall be measured and paid.

Supply and laying in trenches, LT underground cable of size 16 Sqmm 4 core XLPE insulated strip armoured and PVC sheathed 1100 Volts grade with aluminium conductor multistranded including cable connecting lugs, glands,jointing materials etc., laid in trenches, floors, roof, ducts and fixing using clamps, saddle for pole, wall including taking down complete all as directed by Eng-in-charge.

All as per item No 6 here-in-before but for cable of size 25 sqmm, 3.5 core

Supply and laying GI tubing light grade 50mm dia in trenches/fixing on pole /wall/crossing in drain etc.for protection of UG cable complete all specificed and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for boring of holes under road, pavement, hardstanding by trenchless technology using ultrasound technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 75mm dia suitable for 0.4mpa working pressure complete all as directed by Eng-in-Charge.

Supply, erection, testing and commissioning raising and lowering type not less than 16 Mtr height high mast system shaft in two section suitable for 44m/sec wind speed along with head frame, luminaires carriage suitable for 8 luminaires in symmetrical arrangement and other accessories manufactured in factory including raising lowering system comprising double drum winch, 6mm diameter SS wire rope, trailing cable, connector, integral power tool motor, manual handle, junction box, lightning finial. (Wiring material from Junctin Box to individual luminaire & MCB in base compartment are included and are a part of installation). High Mast System. Height of mast not less than 16 Mtr, Design standard - PLG 07 of ILP, Basic Wind Speed as per IS : 875 PART III : 1987, Design life - 25 Years. terrain Category - 2, Topography - Flat, Materials : Shaft/Gussets : Minimum yield strength 350N/SQ.MM as per IS-2062/BS EN 10025, flange/door stiffener : As per IS-2062, Foundation bolts : T.S. 600 N/SQ.MM, Finishing : Hot Dip Galvanized to BS EN ISO 1461, the tolerance in A/F dimension are -/+3MM, the A/F dimensions are outside to outside, the door shall be vandal proof and weather protected, the mast will have padlocking arrangement in the center and 2 Nos allen bolt at top and bottom, Make of the integral motor shall be HEM or equivalent, trailing Cable Make shall be Mansfield/Sun Brand/BMI/Bhuwal or equivalent, Wire rope Make shall be SSWRL/ Reliance or equivalent and motor capacity 0.75 HP 3 phase. FOUNDATION. Construction of suitable shallow foundation with M20 grade concrete for high mast considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10T/Sqm at 2m depth, 06 Nos hole to suit 24mm dia and 850mm long anchor bolts (Note : Foundation to be casted as per recommended foundation drawing of OEM) . TRAILING CABLE. PVC insulated PVC sheathed 1100 volts grade ISI marked multistranded copper conductor cable of suitable core of size 2.5 sqmm. Make : Bajaj model No BHMRL16C or equivalent in Bajaj/Phillips/Crompton/Metal Coats/Utkarsh Tubes & Pipes.

Supply and fix foundation bolts 08 Nos 24mm dia 850mm length, manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, anchor plate and common template complete for 16M high mast system all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing LED flood light 180 watt 230 V AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP66 protection, with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp complete all specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make:Bajaj,Model No.BJFL 180 W LED or its techno commercial equivalent.

Supply and fixing of outdoor type stand mounted feeder pillar made of powder coated 2.0mm thick CRCA sheet with 32A TPN MCB incomer, single dial time switch, 23A TP contactor for the automatic switching of luminaries, power tool control with 2 no 9A contactors and raise lower push button, Incoming 35 sq. mm and out going 16 & 2.5 sq. mm terminals including foundation as per OEM recommendation complete all specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply of fix single dom LED type dome aviation obstruction light complete all specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : Bajaj Cat No : BGAV302LED or its techno commercial equivalent.

Make:Bajaj,Model No.BJFL 240W LED or its techno commercial equivalent.

Supply and fix foundation bolts 08 Nos 30mm dia 850mm length, manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, anchor plate and common template complete for 20M high mast system all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for Earthing complete with galvanised earth plate electrode of size 600x600x6 mm thick burried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 m below ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below ground level connected to galvanised iron strip 32×6mm as earthing lead upto a length of 7.5 metre long by means of bolts,nuts, washers etc. and protected by GI pipe light grade 15mm dia and 20mm dia GI tubing light grade with funnel for watering, all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I, back-fill with salt and charcoal, provision of test point including connected to earth test point and necessary earth work excavation in any type of soil PCC (1:3:6) type C1 bed and chamber RCC (1:2:4) type B1, iron grill including GI cover with hinge and funnel watering pipe etc all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Note: The life of LED flood light fittings should not be less than 50000 burning hours or 60 months from the date of installation.Warranty for the same should be obtained from the OEM and should be submitted by the contractor to Engr-in- charge before completion of work.
