Removal of blockage/chock up obstructing the flow in sewage line by rodding with rods/wooden kempti/chock remover and making the continuous flow between two manholes for 100mm bore of pipe complete all as specified and directed. Note : The clear distance between two manholes shall be measured.

Removal of blockage/chock up obstructing the flow in sewage line by rodding with rods/wooden kempti/chock remover and making the continuous flow between two manholes for 150mm bore of pipe complete all as specified and directed. Note : The clear distance between two manholes shall be measured.

Removal of blockage/chock up obstructing the flow in sewage line by rodding with rods/wooden kempti/chock remover and making the continuous flow between two manholes for 200mm bore of pipe complete all as specified and directed. Note : The clear distance between two manholes shall be measured.

Cleaning of blockage of Indian/European type water closet by using hand pump with rubber bucket or by opening the inspection eye by using cleaning rod etc till clear flow of water is observed and finally cleaning the water closet by flush of water complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of blockage of floor/nahani trap by using hand pump with rubber bucket or by cleaning rod till clear flow of water is observed all complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out of sludge water and semi solid materials/sludge including other foreign materials from the manholes/septic tanks not exc. 1.5meter deep and getting out, removing & disposing off the sludges by excavating required size pit, covering the pit with earth minimum 30 cm deep, spreading bleaching powder @ 1 Kg per pit complete all as directed. Notes:- (i) Unit rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of taking down of manhole cover & re-fixing the same in position after cleaning complete. (ii) Unit rate shall also be inclusive of removing sludge from manholes and deposited in excavated pit of size as directed by Engr-in-Charge, spreading lime poser over the deposited sludge in the pit & covered with earth. Measurement for sludge shall be taken from the excavated pit after allowing initial percolation of sludge water.

Taking out of sludge water and semi solid materials/sludge including other foreign materials from sump at sewage pumping station depth n.exc 15m with required mechanical pump of required capacity or by manually by using rope, bucket, ladder and scaffolding etc. and getting out, removing and disposing off the sludge in to a pit of required size made by excavating , and covering the pit with earth not less than 30 cm thick, spreading bleaching powder @ 1 Kg per pit over complete all as direted at site. Notes:- (i) Unit rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of taking down of cover & re-fixing the same in position after cleaning complete. (ii) Unit rate shall also be inclusive of removing sludge from sump and deposited in excavated pit of size as directed by Engr-in-Charge, spreading lime poser over the deposited sludge in the pit & covered with earth. Measurement for sludge shall be taken from the excavated pit after allowing initial percolation of sludge water.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation etc and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including, spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material n.exc 50m and depositing were directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting level complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L cement concrete bed to drain pipes with PCC(1:3:6) type C2 including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested in 150 mm dia pipes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 150mm bore Salt glazed stoneware drain pipes laid in trenches and jointed in cement mortar(1:1) complete all as specified and as directed.

Demoliation Brickwork masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, complete all as specified and as directed

M&L Brickwork with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc.complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering with cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work in two layers (10mm & 5mm) seperately mixed with water proofing compound in top layer as per manufacturer's instructions and finishing the surface even and smoth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid seperately under appropiate item.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in mass concrete, including demoliation of existing unserviceable concrete and removing debries of the site complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping benching etc and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including cutting of reinforcement as necessary to facilitate demolition complete all as directed.

M&L precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) type B1 as in cover slabs and similar articles with plain faces and set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L water proofing treatment to sunken slab with the following courses of treatment and the Work shall be executed as per manufacturers instruction complete all specified and as directed. (i) Cleaning of surfaces by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc (ii) Applying a layer of cement slurry @ 0.488Kg/Sqm mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementotous compound @0.253 Kg/Sqm. This layer shall be allowed to cure for 4 Hours (iii) Second layer of cement slurry @ 0.242 Kg/Sqm mixed with Acrylic based polymer modified cementotous compound @0.126 Kg/Sqm. This layer shall be allowed to cure for 48 Hours (iii) 200 micron thick polythene film pasted with help of adhesive over the treated surfaces

Demoliation of cement Concrete(unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 100mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foot path/hardstanding finished surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast pre polished, coloured conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade set with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and as directed.
