Execution of works namely Minor Civil and Electric works SR to Temple of Vishnu at Bishnupur ,Manipur for F.Y-2026-27.

Provision for removing of damaged & dead lime mortar plaster from the ancient wall of temples very carefully without any damage of original structure including cleaning, brushing, watering, racking the joints properly , disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 1km lead as per direction of the engineer in charge. (The item is not available in DSR & SSR)

Providing Relaying of lime concreting in lime mortar in 1:1:2 (1 Lime: 1 Surkhi: 2 brick aggregate 15-25 mm) with mixing of organic materials to the surrounding floor of the ancient Vishnu Temple after carefully removal of dead concrete and applying of Antiturnite tretment to the floor etc as per the original colour & texture as per direction of the engineer in-charge

Relaying of 20 mm thick lime-sand surkhi plaster in 1:1:1( 1 lime : 1 coarse sand : 1 Brick Surkhi ) with mixing of organic materials after carefully removal to dead plaster from the damage portions of the temple as per direction of the engineer in-charge.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after . The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer in- charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose . The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.

Supplying and Re-fixing retro reflective signage sheet of existing boards face to be fully covered with high intensity (best quality for heat and water proof) retro reflective sheet in blue background and latters of silver /white pasting by an adhesive backing complete as per drawing , specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing wash basin with C.I. brackets, 15 mm C.P. brass pillar taps, 32 mm C.P. brass waste of standard pattern, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever required (White Vitreous China Flat back wash basin size 550x 400 mm with single 15 mm C.P. brass pillar tap.

Providing and fixing white vitreous china flat back or wall corner type lipped front urinal basin of 430x260x350 mm and 340x410x265 mm sizes respectively with automatic flushing cistern with standard flush pipe and C.P. brass spreaders with brass unions and G.I clamps complete, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required . One urinal basin with 5 litre white P.V.C. automatic flushing cistern.

Providing and fixing standard mirror of size (12’x18’ inch approx) with plastic moulded frame of approved make and shade with 6 mm thick hard board backing

Providing and fixing white vitreous china pedestal for wash basin completely recessed at the back for the reception of pipes and fittings
