Material and labour for brick work with fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in CM (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Cement concrete (reinforced) in any description and any position and any thickness and removal of rubbish outside Air force area distance exceeding 1.5Km but n.exc 2Km (Reinforcement cut as required to facilitate for demolition) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate, as in foundation filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Reinforcement cement concrete type B 1 (1:2:4) ( Nominal Mix) using 20mm graded stone crushed Aggregate in foundation, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns etc basement slabs, under reamed piles and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Reinforcement cement concrete type B 1 (1:2:4) ( Nominal Mix) using 20mm graded stone crushed Aggregate in beams, cantilevers , bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Reinforcement cement concrete type B 1 (1:2:4) ( Nominal Mix) using 20mm graded stone crushed Aggregate in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in position, mild steel bars TMT, 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending for hooping of columns, foundation, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, as in reinforcement, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in position, mild steel bars TMT, 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia as in stirrups, spacers and binders, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending for hooping of columns, foundation, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, as in reinforcement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) finished even and smooth without using extra cement , including taking down cement plaster on brick walls etc. and racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removal of rubbish outside Air force area distance exceeding 1.5Km but n.exc 2Km complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) finished even and smooth without using extra cement , including taking down cement plaster on brick walls etc. and racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removal of rubbish outside Air force area distance exceeding 1.5Km but n.exc 2Km complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick, PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregates as in floor finished even & smooth with using extra cement and making joints filling with bitumen sand mastic including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick, PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregates as in plinth protection, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of asbestos cement (corrugated, semi-corrugated etc) sheets in roof coverings and removal of rubbish outside Air force area distance exceeding 1.5Km but n.exc 2Km, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre painted Coloured Galvalume roofing system sheet 0.50 mm thick, corrugated sheet having Zinc aluminum alloy coating AZ150 shall be as per IS:277/ASTM 1379 150 gsm/ sqm double ribbed trapezoidal profile steel sheet any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in Roof covering /cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) The manufacturer's test certificate and individual test certificate for the chemical and mechanical properties of sheet must be submitted for approval by the concerned authority prior to installation. (ii) The contractor shall ensured that no leakages take place from the roof. The roofing shall be Coloured Galvalume roofing system (olive green colour or as approved by GE) with feed material manufactured from 0.50 mm Total coated thickness (TCT), minimum 550 MPa yield strength and shall conform to the physical specifications of IS: 2062 of 2011, coated with hot dip metallic Aluminium / Zinc alloy coating AZ150 as 150 gm/sq.mt total on both sides. (iii) The painting shall be coloured baked enamel polyester with silicon coating of film thickness 25 microns nominal on the exposed face/exterior side and on the reverse side ( interior face) shall be white with 15 microns film thickness, over a coat of 5 micron nominal thickness Primer. Supply and fixing 2mm thick Fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugations side lap fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts in lieu of screw , complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing, Plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting 1.25mm thick , in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 GSM, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 0.80 mm thick Pre painted Galvalume aiuminium zinc coating GI based sheet in , in ridge , hips, valley gutter, drip and straight flashing ( length and girth as fixed ) with grade of zinc coating 275 GSM, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for , complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing mild steel Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc of grade Fe 410 -W (Gde- E- 250) quality- A , complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for plates ( plain or chequered), channels, square cut or notched ( ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes , without any attachment Fe - 410-w (Gde- 250), complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for MS framed steel stairs including stringers, treads, landing, balusters, hand rails etc including cleats, brackets etc conforming to IS Fe 410W (Gde E-250) quality B, Complete all as Specified and directed.

Dismantling of fencing wire mesh any type and any position and separating them the serviceable material and removing the unserviceable wire mesh from the site, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F fabric fencing mesh of size 100mm X 100mm made of GI wire of dia 3mm PVC coated to achieve outer dia not less than 4mm in required colour and shade fixed in posts with nut and bolts drilling holes notching for wire , flats iron filets ( for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling bolting or riveting to existing steel or new steel posts complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins, etc. including dismantling old barbed wire, complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fixing concertina coil 1000mm dia 1A tying with horizontally barbed wire with 0.9mm annealed binding wire, 2.64mm dia having a core wire high carbon spacing steel of high tensile strength as per grade of IS-4454 (Part-I) with a low carbon steel strip punched tape 19mm wide, 0.50mm thick and series of knife edge sharp barbs/blades @ 25mm centre to centre punched all along the length on both sides of strips at regular interval conforming to IS-513 including dismantling existing concertina coil, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including a coat of red oxide primer, on new steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth, including preparation of new steel surface upto 12m height , complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on old steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth, including preparation of steel surface upto 12m height, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for removing all debries laying at various location in demostic and technical area outside Air force area distance exceeding 1.5Km but n.exc 2Km complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- Amount of credit of Rs. 143250.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
