Construction of Khalwa to Prathmik Pathshala Basayakpur via Gudare Link Road Including 5 Year Maintenance

Earthwork in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil, excavation to be in the form of regular pits not exceeding 1/2 metre in depth and earthwork in embankment to be in 20cm. layers including ramming and dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including 1.5 metre lift and 30m. lead. The earth from cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as spoil banks with in 30m. distance as directed by the engineer in charge.

Providing, laying and spreading Material on a prepared sub grade, adding cement @ 2% by weight to the spread Material manually, mixing in place with rotavator, compacting with the road roller at OMC to achieve the desired unconfined compressive strength and to form a layer of sub-base.

Providing, laying and spreading Material on a prepared sub grade, adding cement @ 4% by weight to the spread Material manually, mixing in place with rotavator, compacting with the road roller at OMC to achieve the desired unconfined compressive strength and to form a layer of sub-base/base.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with hydraulic broom as per technical specicification Clause 503. Including cost of Bitumen

Providing and laying rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggreates using 80/100 Grade Bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base by manual means, including mixing in a suitale plant, laying and rolling with a 3 wheel 8 - 10 tonne static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat as per technical clause 508. Including cost of Bitumen.

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510 including Cost of Bitumen VG-10 using @0.65 Kg/Sqm and Road Roller Charges all complete.Including cost of Bitumen.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out the All kinds of soil. DAR No. 2.8.1

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand (zone-III): 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm (nominal size) DAR No. 4.1.10

Brick work with common burnt clay (non modular) bricks of class-150 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) DAR No. 6.1.1

Supply of 900 mm NP3 Hume Pipe and its coller including cartage etc. complete.

Layaing of 900mm dia NP3 Hume Pipe in proper posistion and joining them with coller and filling of jute and cement mortar in 1:2 cement and sand complete.

Pointing on tile brick work with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand): Flush/ Ruled/ Struck or weathered pointing DAR 13.32.1

Making coping at the top end of parapet of culvert in 1:2:4 Cement and C. sand and stone grit as cost of cement concrete indoor sills shoukhat, boundary parts etc. as per S.L.No. 279(1b)

Providing & Laying of Brick bats upto Half depth arround pipes as per Sl. No.-2 Material & S.L.- 255

Supply of 350 mm NP3 Hume Pipe and its coller including cartage etc. complete.

Layaing of 350mm dia NP3 Hume Pipe in proper posistion and joining them with coller and filling of jute and cement mortar in 1:2 cement and sand complete.

Providing & Fixing Km. Hm. Stones, Sign Boards & Caution Boards etc.

Maintenance Cost @ 7.50% As per Go No. 17/2024/Sa-113/23-23-1-2024-23-1099/113/2023 Dt 16.01.2024 and 3689C/PRML/Mul-23-24 Dt 17.02.2024
