Providing & laying rubble stone soling using spotless stones of 150 mm consolidated thickness with stones vertically handset interstices packed with smaller stone chips, binding with murrum/crushed sand, watering, consolidating & finishing to required levels etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Plain cement concrete using graded stone aggregate of 20mm max. size including consolidation, finishing, curing, cost of form work, shuttering, centering etc. complete all as per specification & as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Reinforced cement concrete of grade M-30 in sub structure/super structure conforming to IS 456-2000, atall floors and levels for all structural membersin all geometrical shapes/ design as perdrawings using graded stone aggregate of20mm and down graded including machinemixing, conveying, placing in position,mechanical consolidation, finishing, curing,etc. complete all as per drawings,specifications & as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Providing, erecting, fixing in position,striking / removing and cleaning steel /timber shuttering & centering for form work including single /multiple staging at all level& locations for all geomatrical shapes inplain curved surfaces of structural / R C C elements and including rails, bracings,props, brackets, cutting holes for pipes etc.,providing & applying approved form oil onall surfaces of form work coming in contactwith concrete including close hacking of allexposed concrete work after removal of formwork, all materials, labour etc. complete asper specifications, drawings & as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

For all type of structural/ RCC elements including all geometrical shapes and single/multiple staging etc.

Reinforcement Thermo Mechanically Treatedbars of grade Fe-500 D manufactured by SAIL, TATA STEEL and RINL only.for RCCwork including supplying steel bars of variousdiameters as required at site of work includingloading, unloading, transporting, decoiling,straightening, cutting,bending placing inposition and binding with 18 gauge, softdrawn annealed steel binding wire includingcarrying out various tests as required etc. all asper specifications, drawings & as directed bythe Engineer in charge. (Cost of binding wireshall be borne by the contractor & shall not bemeasured for payment).

a) Thermo Mechanically Treated bars of gradeFe-500 D manufactured by SAIL, TATASTEEL , RINL/JSW etc.

Brick work in super structure at all floors and levels in cement mortar 1:6 using well burnt locally available bricks of approved quality including scaffolding, raking out joints above ground level, simultaneous pointing below ground level, curing, etc. complete all as per specifications & as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

a) In foundation & plinth, drain walls, chambers etc.

Random rubble masonry using spotless black trap or approved locally available stone in cement mortar 1:6 including raking out joints, scaffolding, simultaneous flush pointing using through bond stones at every 900 mm in horizontal & vertical courses of each layer, including AC pipe 75mm dia weep hole at 1.5m c/c in horizontal & in vertical, curing etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying of Kotah stone for stair treads with 3 line anti skid grooves and nosing at all floors & levels using minimum 25 mm thick machine cut machine polished kotah stone slabs laid over 1:4 ready mix cement mortar bedding including curing, cutting of stone slab, wastage, making cut outs,wherever required, machine polishing /hand polishing(where machine cannot have access) etc. removing old damaged/ worn out tread and disposing off debris within colony etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying of Kotah stone 20 mm thick risers of approved size and laid over ready mix Cement moratr 1:4 backing of 12 mm thick at all level and floors including curing, cutting of stone slab, wastage, making cut outs,wherever required, machine polishing /hand polishing(where machine cannot have access) etc. removing old damaged/ worn out tread and disposing off debris within colony etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement plaster 20 mm thick in CM 1:4, two coats using factory manufactured pre mix/ready mix of 'Roofit Mix'of M/s Premier Floor to Roof Materials pvt.ltd/ 'Easy plast' of M/s Walplast Products pvt.ltd/ 'Readiplast' of M/s Ultratech Cement Ltd or other approved equivalent make, having minimum composition of C:S :: 1:4 using fully treated dry, well graded natural sand conforming to IS 383 suitable for external plastering, having low rebound properties, low water demand for curing properties, mechnical mixing with water in a metalic tray only to make good consistency as per the specification of the Manufacturer and applied over exterior masonry and concrete surfaces with base coat of 12 mm thick and finishing coat of 8 mm thick final rendering,including using richer mix for making corners if necessary, at all floors and level, including making grooves of existing size wherever required, including cleaning the surfaces, including membrane curing by applying one coat of factory made curing compound Resikure of M/s Anuvi Chemicals, Concure of M/s fosroc, Dr. Fixit curing compound or other equivalent over repaired surfaces as per manufacturer's specification etc. including removing existing damaged/ worn out plastering and disposing off debris outside colony etc. complete all as per specifications & as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Demolishing brick /stone masonry/PCC work at all floors & levels including scaffolding, stacking of serviceable materials & disposing of unserviceable materials etc. complete all as per specification & as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing colored paving chequered cement tiles of 30mm thick of size 300mm x 300mm of M/s.Super Tiles (Super precast and Infrastructure) or approved manufacturers as per approved design pattern,shade for flooring and dado/skirting laid ove concrete parking or footpath in 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 bedding and jointed with cement slurry & grouted with pigment of matching shade including filling the joints etc, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, laying & fixing 60 mm thick precast interlocking paver blocks of M-35 grade of M/s. Super tiles or other approved manufacture over a layer of 50mm thick stone dust over well consolidated sub-base including filling the joints with stone dust etc. transporting to site, placing to proper line & level, finishing the top surfaces with two coats of lacquer finish etc.including cost of all materials labour,tools, removing existing damaged flooring material and disposing off debris and unserviceable material etc complete as per specification, drawingas directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Removing and Re-laying of existing paver blocks in building surrounding etc. over a bed of 50 mm thickstone grit ( including supply of stone grit and prepartion of bed ), to proper slope, including applying one coat of Zycosil @ 1:20 over the top surface of paver blocks , compaction of sub base , cutting of paver blocks wherever required and transporting the blocks to site including all materials and labours etc. Complete all as per specification & as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing structural steel wih MS angles, flats etc of approved make only, at all levels and locations as per design and pattern over masonry wall, drain grating or as required at site, including welding in proper level line & alignment, and including painting by dipping the structural steel with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade and make and one coat of approved steel primer (painting & priming to be done by dipping only), scaffolding, fabrication, welding cuting, wastage labours etc complete all as par specification and as directed by the Engineerin-charge.

Removing and Re-laying 50 mm average thickness Rough shahabad stone paving in foot paths,building surrounding etc. over a bed of 50 mmthickstone grit ( including supply of stone grit and prepartion of bed ), to proper slope, including compactionof sub base cutting the edges to proper lines and sunkpointing with cement mortar 1:3 with 15 mm x 10 mmgroove cross wise and longitudinally and curing, cutting ofstones wherever required and transporting the stones tosite of work from dismanting old shahabad stone. etc. Complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying & laying rough shahabad stone 600 X 600 X 50 mm (Minimum ) thick for pavement foot path over a bed of 50 mm thick stone grit & dust in proper line, level or slope including filling the joints with 30 mm thick P.C.C. 1:2:4 using aggregate of 10 mm size and finishing of joints with cement mortar 1:3 with 15mm x 10 mm groove all around the stone and including providing 100x100 mm edging with C.C. 1:2:4, cleaning site, cutting bushes, plants and leveling the surface by excavation upto 150 mm thick transporting the unwanted materials, like cut grass, vegetation, surplus earth, debris etc. out site the Colony etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement Raised & Cut pointing to RR masonry wall with cement mortar 1:3including racking out joints, pointing neately and finishing the joints, curing scaffolding etc., complete all as per specification, drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying stone pitching 230mm thick using spotless stones including preparation of surfaces, cutting, leveling and dressing the undulations, setting the stones to proper slopes etc. including grouting the joints in stone pitching with CM 1:4 and pointing the surface with same mortar, fixing of 75 mm dia weep holes, placing projected stones for foot hold whereve required etc. complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by EIC.

Providing and fixing 18 mm thick machine cut and single side machine polished Green marble stone including 20mm. thick cement mortar 1:4 ( I cement : 4 coarse sand) bedding /backing, close jointed & grouted withmatching cement slurry and finished to line,level, curing etc. as required, including cutting ofstone slab, wastage, making cut outs,wherever required, etc.complete all as per specifications, drawingsand as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing SWR Pipe 75 mm dia for weep hole in drain / nullah walls as per drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing precast Bull nose Kerb stones of 125 x 450 x 600 mm of M/s super tiles or equivalent including necessary form work, consolidation,finishing, curing, fixing with CM 1:3, jointing and pointing in CM 1:3 etc complete as per specification, drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Disposal of Surplus earth/debris of all kinds of construction waste material by mechanical transport to near by designated dumping areas within colony including all lifts, loading, unloading, stakcking, spreading, levelling etc complete as directed by EIC. Notes :1 ) Voids @20% for solids and 50% for rock shall be dedcuted from fully loaded truck measurement to arrive at the net quantity for payment in case of direct measurement is not possible. 2) The cost is inclusive of necessary permisiion from statutory authorities for dumping the debris/excess earth outside department premises.

Providing & laying UPVC under ground drainage pipes & Fittings of approved make for storm water drains & Sewer lines of following size conforming to IS:15328 to proper level & grade, jointing including prviding coupler with cement solvent / welded joints / as per manufacturer's requirement, encasing the pipe using CC 1:3:6 such that shape of the cross section through encased pipe shall be square and sides equal to outer diameter of pipe plus 300mm, specifictions, drawing and as directed by the E.I.C. item includes removing existing CI/SWR pipes line with fittings and specials etc. & Providing and fixing UPVC fittings such as Bendes, Tees & Y, Reducers, Blanking Plugs, Couplers, Adaptors etc.all complete.

a) 110 mm dia.(SN 8 kN/m²-SDR34)

b) 160 mm dia.(SN 8kN/m²-SDR34)

Providing and laying NP 2 class RC hume pipesof dia. as mentioned below including making holes in masonry/ concrete work wherever required and making good the holes after laying the hume pipe with necessary collar joints using stiff mixture of cement mortar (1:2) all completeas per specifications and as directed byEngineer-in-Charge.

a) 450 mm dia.

b) 600 mm dia.

Labour charge for repair and modification to M.S shaft door/other doors by cutting and re-embedding the M.S brackets into the masonry, with cement mortar 1:3 and finishing the surface neatly etc., including providing & applying painting one coat Zinc chormate primer over shop coat of approved anticorrosive primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved make and colour on existing M.S expose surfaces including scaffolding or cleaning surface etc. complete including cost of all labours, tools and plants, welding including stacking the unserviceable cut portion of MS member at directed place etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Material like MS Flat, MS Angle, Bars, etc. will be paid relevant in Item no.1.1

Painting plastered / concrete surfaces with two coats of exterior grade acrylic emulsion paint of Apex ultima of M/s.Asian Paints ofapproved colour and shade over a coat ofapproved exterior grade primer of M/s. AsianPaints all as per manufacturer'srecommendations and as per the approved sample including providing necessary scaffolding,cleaning the surface with water to remove all coating, dust, filling up cracks & crevices with approved putty, curing thesurface etc. complete as per specificationsand as directed by Engineer in Charge
