Necessary approval from various appropriate authorities are being obtained and work can be commenced immediately after issue of LOI as per direction of Engineer in charge. In order to execute the above job on priority basis, we are inviting competitive quotations from you for various service items to be executed. Specifications for each item shall be SOR specification corresponding to the service no. given. The contractors are requested to visit the site and acquaint themselves with all site conditions and no claim of any nature due to site constraints will be entertained in respect of time and cost overrun. The job will mainly include Civil / Mechanical / Electrical, etc. comprising of building, Canopy foundation, driveway work , tanks pumps pipelines, etc. as per standard practice being adopted in Northern Region& as per quantities mentioned in tender. You being registered contractor are well acquainted with all facilities and the practices followed for execution of Retail Outlets. Therefore, all other details / specifications are not furnished along with this NIT. There can be variation upward / downward to above estimated value. The Corporation does not give any guarantee for minimum amount of the job to be awarded to you. However, as per the prevailing site conditions / other conditions including local approvals, job will be executed. The job also includes dismantling / removal of existing facilities and shifting the same at directed place as per Corporation’s convenience. The rates should be quoted in price bid in –procurement site of BPCL. PDF file of estimate is for reference purpose only. The construction activities will be executed under the supervision of company engineer / Manager as overall in charge, to facilitate further. However, the Corporation will have the option to engage third party agency for supervision of the execution. It is to be noted that conditional tender will not be accepted and the Corporation reserves the right to accept / reject the quote without assigning any reasons to the Contractor. Above job is to be executed within limited time period of 90 days from the date of LOI/ Instruction to start the job. Therefore, the contractor who have ample resources to mobilize at site immediately, along with all infrastructures, may opt for this tender. Successful vendor shall prepare and submit a detailed bar chart for completion of the job within the stipulated time in consultation with the PMC/BPCL Engineer in-charge. The vendor shall intimate the name and contact No. of the site supervisor in writing before the commencement of the job. We are enclosing general terms & conditions also for your reference. Your quoted rates shall be inclusive of all the materials /Labor /Equipment/Transportation/arranging water /power/ royalty payments/ if any/ carrying out of lab test etc. to the complete satisfaction of BPCL. Quoted price should be inclusive of GST. Applicable GST (18% in this case of WCT) will be paid separately.
