Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and disposal of unserviceable material, debris and rubbish to a distance not exc. 100m, complete all as specified and as directed.
Factory made (rectified) precast concrete rubber moulded designer chequered tiles any colour, shape and size not less then 300mm x 300mm x 20mm thickness (compressive strength not less than 250 Kg/Sqm), pointed with grey cement and pigment over and including 20mm thick CM 1:4 screed bed or bedding layer complete.
100mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (40mm graded crushed aggregate) as in sub base, finishing surface even & fair, complete all as specified and directed
50mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (20mm graded crushed aggregate) as in floor/hardstanding surface finshed even and smooth w/o using extra cement including necessary formwork to divide the area into panels, complete all as specified and directed
75 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:3:6), type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in as in sub base, finishing surface even & fair, complete all as specified and directed
Demolition of stone slab and tiles of any description and thickness in floors, aprons etc laid and pointed in any mortar, complete all as specified.
Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, size of each slab not be less than 0.28 Square metre, including rubbing and mirror polishing complete over and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4, complete all as specified.
Demolition of brick or stone masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stone work, complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel work as in hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand -rail, straight portion drilled and countrsunk for ballusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts, posts and struts in fencing including cuttings, tops to shapes, as directed, drilling, holes, notching for wire etc. flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc, and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 all as specified.
Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one ends and screwed the other ends, or screwed both ends, each screwed ends to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut exc 5cm but n exc 10cm long, diameter of shank 11 to 15mm, complete all as specified & directed.
Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified
Supply only chain link fencing of 3.15mm dia galvanised steel wire, conforming to IS : 2721 -2003 including line wires, straining bolts, binding wire etc., complete all as specified and directed.
Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc., including provision of binding wire, complete all as specified and directed.
