Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) over areas (Exceeding 30cm in depth, 1.5mtr in width as well as 10sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated earth, including all leads & lifts, disposal earth to be levelled and neatly dressed.

a) All Kind of soil = 75%

b) Ordinary Rock = 15%

c) Hard rock (Blasting Prohibited) = 10%

Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) in foundation, trenches, drains, pipes and cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5mtr in width or 10sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, including getting out excavated soil and disposal of surplus soils as directed, including all leads & lifts.

a) All Kind of soil = 75%

Banking excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, breaking clods watering, rolling each layer with ½ tonne roller, or wooden or steel rammers and rolling every third and top-most layer with power roller of minimum 8 tonnes and dressing up, in embankments for roads, flood banks, marginal banks, guide banks etc., including all leads and lifts: a) All kinds of soil.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering –All work upto plinth level (including all leads and lifts, carriages of material by MT/HL).

a) 1 : 5 : 10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded Nallah stone aggregate 40mm nominal size

b) 1 : 3 : 6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded crusher stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls,(any thickness) including attached pilasters,columns,piers,abutments,pillars,posts,struts,butteresses,stringor lacs, courses parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, sunken floors fillets etc.upto floor five level excluding the cost of centring, shuttering and finishing, a)1:3:6(1 cement:3 coarse sand:6 graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominal size). (including all leads and lifts carriages of material by MT/HL).

Providing and laying Reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3(1 Cement: 1.5 Coarse Sand: 3 graded crushed stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in suspended floors, balconies, landings and staircases having upto 15° slope excluding the cost of centering & shuttering. All works upto Floor V level. a) 1: 1.5: 3 (1 Cement: 1.5 Coarse Sand: 3 graded crushed stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) (including all leads and lifts carriages of material by MT/HL).

Filling available excavated earthwork (excluding rocks) in trenches , plinth, sides of foundation etc. in layer not exceeding 20 cm in depth : consolidating each layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50 mts and lift 1.5 mts.

Reinforcement for RCC work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete. a) Cold twisted bars.

Providing and laying Damp Proof Course 40mm thick with cement concrete 1: 2 : 4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded crushed stone aggregate 12.5mm nominal size) floor (including all leads and lifts carriages of material by MT/HL).

Dry random rubble masonry in foundation and plinth using nallah stone with bond stones (including all leads and lifts carriages of material by MT/HL).

Random Rubble Masonary with hard stone from nallah in foundation and plinth incl. leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement:6 coarse sand:12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) at plinth level with cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement:6 coarse sand) (including all leads and lifts carriages of material by MT/HL).

Providing and Laying 3’ dia RCC Hume Pipes.= NP-3 (including all leads and lifts carriages of material by MT/HL).

Dumping stones in horizontal i.e. on level including cost of stones (including all leads and lifts carriages of material by MT/HL).

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for:-

a) Foundations, footing, bases of columns etc for mass concrete.

Suspended floors, roofs landings balconies and access plate form

Edges of slab and breaks in floors and walls below 20cm wide

Walls (any thickness) incl. attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc

Supplying and stacking of graded nallah stone aggregate at site of size range (excluding carriages). A) 63mm to 45mm size (including all leads and lifts carriages of material by MT/HL).

Supplying and stacking of stone screenings/ chipping at site. a) (1) 13.20mm nominal size (including all leads and lifts carriages of material by MT/HL).

Supplying and stacking of crusher dust at site excluding carriages (including all leads and lifts carriages of material by MT/HL).

Laying water bound macadam with specified stone aggregate including binding material sorting, spreading to template and consolidation with power Road Roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity etc. complete.) a) 63mm to 45mm size including stone screening & crusher dust as binding material (including all leads and lifts carriages of material by MT/HL).

Carriage of the following materials by Mechanical Transport from source to site of work incl. loading, unloading and stacking complete :- a) Sand from Billawar for an average lead of 20.00 Km. by M.T. b) Stone aggregate (Crusher bajree) below 20mm nominal size from Billawar crusher for an average lead of 20.00 Km. by M.T. c) Stone aggregate 40mm nominal size & above from Ujh for an average lead of 6.00 Km. by M.T. d) Stones / boulders from Ujh for an average lead of 6.00 Km. by M.T. e) Crusher dust from Billawar cursher for an average lead of 20.00 Km.
