Roofing
Supply and installation of precoated galvanised iron profile sheets(size shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by engineer in charge) 0.50 mm +- 5% total coated thickness (TCT) thick zinc coating 120 gsm as per IS-277 in 240 mpa steel grade 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both sides of the sheet and polyyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches while transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metres or as desired by engineer in charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling / self tapping screws of size (5.5 x 55 mm) with EPDM seal or with polymer coated J or L hooks bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and GI Limpet washers or with GI limpet washers filled with white lead complete upto pitch in horizontal and vertical or curved surfaces excluding the cost of purlins rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Building Water Supply
Providing and placing on at all floor levels high design HDPE (polyethylene) water storage tank ISI : 12701 marked with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank.
Building Drainage
Making soak pit 2.5 m diameter 3.0 meter deep with 45 x 45 cm dry brick honey comb shaft with bricks of class designation 40 and S.W. drain pip 100 mm diameter, 1.8 m long complete. Over the filling shall be placed single matting which shall be covered with minimum layer of 7.5 cm earth. The shaft be covered with 7.5 cm thick stone or R.C.C. slab 10 cm wide and 10 cm deep brick edging with bricks of class designation 40 shall be provided round the pit. The connection of the open surface drain to the soak pit shall be made by means of 100 mm diameter S.W. pipe with open joints, as per standard design.

Providing and fixing water closet squatting pan (Indian type W.C. pan ) with 100mm sand cast Iron P or S trap, 10 litre low level white P.V.C. flushing cistern with manually controlled device (handle lever) conforming to IS : 7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete including cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required : White Vitreous china Orissa pattern W.C. pan of size 580x440mm with integral type foot rests
Providing and fixing white vitreous china flat back or wall corner type lipped front urinal basin of 430x260x350mm and 340x410x265mm sizes respectively with automatic flushing cistern with standard flush pipe and C.P. brass spreaders with brass unions and G.I clamps complete, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required : One urinal basin with 5 litre white P.V.C. automatic flushing cistern.

Sub Bases, Bases (Non-Bituminous) And Sholuders
Construction of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded material, spreading in uniform layers with on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method at OMC, and compacting with vibratow roller to achieve the desired density, complete in all respect and as per relevant clauses of section-400. for grading - III materials

Supply as per clause 514 including all lead and stacking etc. complete. Moorum with CBR not less than 20 and P.I. Not exceeding 6.
SITE CLEARANCE
Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned up to a lead of 1000 meter including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness if required and as per relevant clauses of section-200. HORTICULTURE & LANDSCAPIN
Trenching in ordinary soil up to a depth of 60cm including removal and stacking of serviceable materials and then disposing of by spreading and neatly levelling with in a lead of 50m and making up the trenched area to proper levels by filling with earth or earth mixed with sludge or/and manure before and after flooding trench with water (excluding cost of imported earth, sludge or manure).
Supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royalty and carriage up to 1 km (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment).
Grassing with „Doob‟ grass including watering and maintenance of the lawn for 30 days or more till the grass forms a thick lawn free from weeds and fit for mowing including supplying good earth if needed (the good earth shall be paid for separately). In rows 5 cm apart in either direction.
Renovating lawns including weeding, cheeling the grass, forking the ground, top dressing with sludge or manure, mixing the same with forked soil, watering and maintaining the lawn for 30 days or more till the grass forms a thick lawn free from weeds and fit for mowing and disposal of rubbish as directed, including supplying good earth if needed but excluding the cost of sludge or manure (the good earth shall be paid for separately).
RAINWATER HARVESTING, RECYCLE AND REUSE WASTEWATER
Construction of percolation chamber/pit including dismantling of floor area for contraction of pit, excavation in all type of soil/murrum, brick masonry with chimney brick TM-40 (with making outlet, inlet, outlet hole as per designe) in cement mortar 1:4, with 12 mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:3.

Development, yield test of Tube wells
Labour charges for installation of submersible pumping sets at 50m or more depth temporarily in the tubewell for a maximum of eight hours for the purpose of conducting yield test for tube well. (Any one of the below depending on the approximate yield observed during drilling operations). Submersible pumping set upto 2.2 kW to 7.5 kW.
