Table Dressing Gents with Mirror (DB-3980, FD-230,379) (a) Dismantling/replacement of old U/S drawers of Table dressing gents and fixing of new drawers of pre-laminated MDF board of 18mm type-II Grade-I duly fixed with 4mm thick TW beeding & beeding duly French polished to required finish complete all as specified and directed.

(b) Dismantling/replacement of old U/S top/bottom (size 900x300x150mm ) of Table dressing gents and fixing of newtop/bottom of pre-laminated MDF board of 18mm type-II Grade-I duly fixed with 4mm thick TW beeding & beeding duly French polished to required finish complete all as specified and directed.

(c)Fixing/Fitting of loose/dismentaled table dressing gents to the wall with 3" & 1.5" Screw complete all as specified and directed.

(d)Taking down carefully unserviceable complete mirror and S&F new mirror and of size 380mm x 760mm x 5.0mm thick complete all around beeding and back made out of 6mm thicck commercial ply including 2 nos of key plate all as shown on drg, complete all as specified and directed.

(e)Dismantling of old unserviceable knob of Table dressing gents of cadets room and replacing with the new Knob of approved quality as per sample kept in BSO yard and as aproved and complete all as specified and directed

Table writing cadets steel [TP] S & F following components of Table office/clerk steel including dismantling unservicable one all as specified and as directed. (a) Drawer made of 1mm CRCA sheet including painting with synthetic enamel paint of olive green shade of approved quality over a coat of primer both inside and outside including preparation of surfaces and repairing inter locking system and providing new lock 6 lever to top drawer.

(b) Lock 6 levers with duplicate keys

(c) Complete box comprising of 03 drawers made of 1mm CRCA sheet including locking arrangement/ accessories and painting with synthetic enamel paint of olive green shade of approved quality over a coat of primer/putty of Table office Officer/Clerk Steel complete all as specified and directed

(d)Top made of 18mm thick pre-laminated MDF board one side teak face including provision of 4mm thick teakwood beading & beeding duly French polished to required finishall around complete all as specified and directed .

(e) PVC shoe

Rack shoe cadets steel (TP) (a)Repair/Welding of shoe rack at broken locations and of dislocated parts of tubular steel sections at required places complete all as specified and directed. Note: Upto to 1 inch length of Welding shall be consider as each point of unit .

(b)Dismantling of unsv bend steel rod of shoe Rack steel cadet and replacement of 10mm square bar of approx. length 900mm duly welded in reqd places and applying one coat of red oxide & two coat of black sy enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Sofa set five seater(FD-281/ FD-373/ FD-258)- Removing old unserviceable cushion with cover complete and S&F new 100mm thick cushions of 32 Density with tapestry cloth cover (rates of cloth not less than 350 Rs per Mtr) duly stitched with all side except one side stiched with first quality Zip for easy open /close complete all as specified and directed. Make of cushion: Sleepwell/ Feather Foam / Kurlon Note: Unit of Each set shall be considered as set of 10 cushions with cover

Sofa two seater (TP) Removing old unserviceable cushion with tapestry/ leatherite cover complete and S&F new 75mm thick cushions of 32 Density with approved tapestry/leatherite cloth cover (rates of cloth not less than 350 Rs per Mtr)with pasting/staple/stitch on all side front/back/side. Make of cushion : Sleepwell/ Feather Foam / Kurlon complete all as specified and directed.

Almirah large/Med steel with or without shelves Steel cupboard for cadet multipurpose:-(FD-114, 1033, 1031 1032, CWE/PNA/SK/ 3196) (a) Replacement of old unserviceable lock and providing & fixing new lock of good quality with double key of standard quality complete all as specified and directed.

(b) Replacement of old broken handle and providing new MS CP handle of standard size 150mm of Godrej quality matching to Godrej model.

(c) Replacement unsv hanging rod CP 20mm dia & 530mm long.

(d) Replacement of old broken hinges and providing new MS 75mm hinges duly welded.

(e) Replacement of unserviceable shelf clips as per sample existing.

Bed cadet steel(CWE/2000/1 ) Repair to bed by welding and replacement of U/S nut bolts at required places of dislocated parts as required complete all as specified and directed. Note: Upto to 1 inch length of Welding with nut bolt shall be consider as each point of unit .

Chair Dining cadet steel(CWE/2000/1Sheet 4/6) (a) Taking down carefully old unserviceable Seat of chair dining cadet steel and S&F new Seat of chair dining cadet steel complete all as specified and directed.

(b) Taking down carefully old unserviceable back of chair dining cadet steel and S&F new back of chair dining cadet steel complete all as specified and directed.

(c) Removing old U/s shoes and S&F new rubber shoes complete all as specified and directed.

(d)Repair of chair dining cadet steel by welding of dislocated parts of tubular steel sections at required places complete all as specified and directed. Note: Upto to 1 inch length of Welding shall be consider as each point of unit .

Chair writing cadets (CH-07/CHR-07/FD 75) (a) Replacement of old unserviceable seats of chair tubular steel with arm duly canned complete all as specified and directed.

(b) Replacement of old unserviceable back of chair tubular steel with arm duly canned complete all as specified and directed.

(c) Replacement of old unserviceable arm rest (plastic) of chair tubular steel with arm complete all as specified and directed.

(d) Replacement of old unserviceable Screw with plate washer for seat & back for chair writing for cadet of Godrej as per manufacturers description.

Chair easy cadets steel [TP] Dismantling old unsv nut & bolt and replacing new nuts and bolts of chair easy cadet steel & Teapoy cadet steel complete all as specified and directed. (Sketch 'Q' Godrej) & (Sketch 'R' Godrej)

Rostrum (CWE/PNA/2001 Sheet 3, GE(K) F 122/85) (a)Taking down Carefully old unserviceable wheels and S&F new wheels with nut and bolts to Rostrum complete all as specified and directed.

(b)Taking down Carefully old unserviceable drawers and channels S&F new drawers and channels to Rostrum complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old polished wooden surfaces by rubbing down to smooth with sand paper and after full removal of dust, pores/cracks if any, shall be filled with a filler made of a paste of whitening in methylated spirit and apply two coats polish with a pad of woolen cloth covered by a fine cloth on the surface in a series of overlappling circles, applying two coats of the polish sparingly but uniformly over the entire area to give an even surface having uniform texture and high gloss complete all as specified and directed for the following items:- (a) Almirah medium wooden with shelves (inside & outside) (DB/3959).
