Dismantling of Over head aluminium conductor steel reinforced conductors, complete all as specifed and directed.

Dismantling of insulators from poles of any descriptions and any size, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of existing unserviceable cradle guard of any size, made of GI wire, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables (hevy duty) with aluminium conductor 11000 volts grade (Earthed) of size 95 sqmm 3 core, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavatioin and earth work, sand cushioning, protection covers, protection pipes and jointing kits Iincluding jointing materials shall be measured and paid for separately.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide & not exceeding 1.5m in depth for laying of LT under ground cables/ pipes and not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan & 1.5 metre in depth for pole etc and getting out, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 2.00 above but depth exceeding 1.50 metre and not exceeding 3.00 metre.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick in layers, complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Sand cushioning in trenches for cushioning of underground cable including spreading, levelling, well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in thickness, complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying factory made (Make as approved by the GE) pre cast unreinforced concrete cable cover of class HV, type 1, flat, size 300mm x 180 mm x 40 mm for cable protection in trenches, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete type C-2(1:3:6) (using 40mm graded stone aggrgate) for pole foundationand foundation filling including provision of necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregates) for coping of pole etc including provison of necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Steel Tubular Poles complete with and including cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts , nuts & screws, type 410 SP-55(11 Metre long), also including painting to the external exposed surfaces with 2 coats of aluminium paint over 1 coat of red oxide primer and with 2 coats of black bituminous paint over 1 coat of red oxide primer to the external exposed surfaces of steel poles embedded in the ground / concrete after preparation of the surfaces, numbering to the poles, complete in all respect as specified and as directed, Note:- Excavation & Earth Work, concrete for foundation and coping shall only be measured and paid for separately.

Supply and fixing GI tubing light grade 80mm bore for protection of cable, under road crossing, across drain, along electric pole or floor /wall etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, jointing and testing cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination, heat shrink type joint complete with and including jointing materials and accessories suitable for 11KV XLPE insulated armoured aluminium cable of size 95 Sqmm 3 core, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, jointing and testing straight through cable jointing kit (Heat shrinkable type) for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable complete with and including jointing materials and including accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 Sqmm and including provision of aluminium thimbles, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of preparation of exposed surfaces, application of one coat of red oxide primer and thereafter 2 coats of aluminium paint, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Pin Type, polymer, grey insulator including Borron free ECR FRP rod with silicon rubber, two GI washers and one iron nut, for 11000 Volts grade, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F lightening arrester, non-linear metal oxide type, complete with and including all fittings, transmission / distribution class, discharge capacity 65 Kilo amps suitable for 11 KV, out door typeand also including necessary connection and fittings all as per IS-3070 Part-III and IEC 1994, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F, 11 KV, 400 Amps, out door, tilting type, gang operated, air break off load disconnecting switch, triple pole, each consists of galvanized channel base HT insulator,non - ferrous knife and spring loaded contacts, arcing horn of adequate section to break magnetizing current of the transformer, horizontal GI pipe of adequate length for phase separation and for operation from ground level and operating handle, complete with locking arrangement on both ON and OFF position, all ferrous parts shall be hot dipped galvanized and non ferrous parts heavily tinned to withstand weather suitable for vertical mounting and conforming to IS 1818-1961 including dropout fuse unit, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with and including M.S.clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size for 33 KV HT, 25x20cm size, complete all as specified and directed.

Horizontal boring using ultra sound technique/any other suitable mechanical means at approx 1 metre below the road, pavement, hardstanding etc without damaging the existing surfaces getting out & disposal of soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre from the site of work including supply and fixing of 100mm bore GI pipe light grade pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cable route marker, cast iron plate of size 150 mm dia bolted/ welded to 35mm x 35mm x 6mm ange iron post 60 cm long fixed with PCC (1:2:4) and including necessary earthwork, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead of size 25x4 mm galvanized iron strip fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or burried in ground or drawn in existing conduit / pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid for separately.

S&F Loop type insulator, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green, large size with overall dimension 90mm x140mm, clearance of hole 25.5 mm, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F stay assembly comprising of 300mm x 300mm x 6mm thick galvanized mild steel stay plate galvanized stay rod of 20 mm dia 1800 mm long galvanized thimble stayrod alongwith and fixed with 78/ 3.15 mm stranded stay nuts and washers as shown on electrical plate No 1 or SSR, Part-I including stay wire galvanized stranded 7/ 3.15 mm as required at site, complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: Loop type insulators, excavation, earth work and PCC shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of Sch 'A'.

M&L for earthing complete of advance encapsulated compound based (CPRI tested) maintenance free, pipe-in-pipe technology upgraded (Zinc & Alloy coated). Zinc coated (80-100) microns with pure zinc(99.9%) & alloy coating (200-250) microns. Earthing system shall be conforming to IS-3034, the outer and inner pipe shall be 76.2mm & 41.9mm dia, 3 metre length Zinc coated with additional special alloy coating 300mm on the topside for additional protection of the terminal annular space between the pipes being filled up with compact fill (CF) (Crystalline conductive compound). The compact fill (CF) mixture shall be machine pressed in the pipes and should not disintegrate or collapse when outer pipe corrodes. The inner pipe shall be extended with terminals for connectivity. The job includes digging the pits and refilling the same by electrodite/ conductolite back fill comopound (Ground Enhancer). The BFC shall be eco friendly, it shall not contain environmentally hazard materials having ROHS certification from NABL accredited lab. The earth pit shall also be provided with earth pit cover for protection and safe guard of terminals. In area where soil condition is bad, good earth shall be provided to fill the excavated pits by mixing the same with BFC, minimum 4 bags(as per soil condition) extra per pit/per unit. The earth electrode (the main component of the earthing system) which is in direct contact with the ground shall be able to provide a means of releasing or collecting earth leakage current. The materials shall have good electrical conductivity & anti-corrosion property in wide rage of soil condition and testing on completion, complete all as specified and as directed.
