Surface excavation n.exc 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in hard/ dense soil all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Hardcore of gauge n.exc 63mm of broken stone or boulders deposited, spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface but except material all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing 100mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, sub base etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Precast cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks, exc 10 cm in width and set in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 12mm thick plaster in CM(1:4) finish the surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with mixture of white & grey cement in equal proportions and no pigments, laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 20-25mm thick, machine cut, kota stone slab, as in floors, steps, landing etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of slab, including cutting, polishing etc, with and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM(1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for hard wear stone 20mm thick (of any type) granite stone slab, machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including cutting and polishing of type, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM(1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for hard wear stone 20mm thick (of any type) granite stone slab, machine cut in skirting/ dado laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including cutting and polishing of type, laid over and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM(1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repair for SS (Grade of SS shall be 316) decorative railings, staircase, partition (design and pattern as approved) made out of SS pipes, SS flats, SS plates etc., complete with and including necessary welding, buffing/ polishing and fixing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Design for stairs/ ladders/ partition or any such items will be approved by GE.

S & F 20mm thick toughened glass for door, shutters, partitions, shelves etc with and including all SS decortaive fitting and fixtures such as glass decorative hinges with nut bolts (design and pattern as approved), handles SS studs, fittings for door pivots etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (surplus soil) to a distance exc 250m and n.exc 500m depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point all as specified and as directed.
