Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and for all lift, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.(DSR 2.6.1)

Providing and laying 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :(DSR 4.1.10))

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more (DSR No. 5.22.6)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete (DSR 5.9.1)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc. (DSR 5.9.2)

Providing and laying 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level (DSR 5.1.2)

Champering the edge of concrete in auxiliary structure, of size 25 mm wide in triangular section including all materials, labour & T&P etc complete. (CSI:11.18)

2.5 cm thick 1:1.5:3 plain cement concrete floor with cement, approved coarse sand & 2cm graded approved stone ballast laid in panels finished with 3mm floating coat of neat cement or cement and marble dust in ratio of 5:1 as specified and removing any overlapping mortar at the joints of the panels if any and giving them a uniform finish including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc, required for proper completion of the work. without base CC (CSI:12.26)

Providing and laying 1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level .(DSR 4.1.2)

Fixing and grouting 25 mm and below dia M.S. Anchor bolt in proper alignment level and setout with the help of a template including supply of all labour T&P etc. reqd. for proper completion of the work. (labour rates only) .(CSI:9.15)

Supply of 25 mm dia.M.S. Anchor bolts (conforming to IS-226) 500 mm long with base plate(50x50x6 mm)welded with anchor bolts,including its threading upto a length of 10cm. and galvanizing upto 15cm from top, also supply of a pair of galvanized standard nuts with threading including supply of 5mm thick washer and cost of labour material and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) (DSR No. 6.1.1)

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.(DSR 10.2)

Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture(DSR 13.62.1)

Fixing and grouting of trench edging in proper level and alignment including cost of all labour, and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work but excluding cost of C.C. (labour rates only) . (CSI:9.30)

Fixing of cable trench racks in proper position and alignment including cost of all labour, material and T&Petc. required for proper completion of the work (Labour rate only). (CSI:9.33)

Placing of trench cover of all size in proper position including transportation from different places within the S/S area including all labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. (CSI:20.11)

Painting letters & number over cable trench cover or other places with the help of stencils including painting of base of 150 mm. dia of one coat of primer and two coats of superior quality synthetic enamel paint size of letter to be 60 mm. x 10 mm. including cost of all materials labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work including placing of Trench covers in required position (CSI:13.28)

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.Nominal concrete 1:4:8 or Leaner mix (i/c equivalent design mix) (DSR 15.2.2)

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.In cement mortar (DSR 15.7.4)

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved. (DSR 15.60)

Arranging and spreding 75 mm thick broken grit 20 mm (Granite stone) uniform for turfing over 100mm thick base course of C.C. In 1:4:8 (1cement:4coarse sand: 8, 40mm stone ballast) top finish by brooming of cement mortar 1:4(1cement: 4 Coarse sand) including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion.
