MISC B/R REPAIR WORKS FOR VARIOUS UPLIFTMENT OF SUB STATION AND COMPLEX OF AGE B/R UNDER GE TENGA

Disconnecting existing water tanks of capacity exc 250 ltrs but n exc 500 ltrs, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position incl cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in Repair Ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe of 20mm dia or brass ferrule and fixed all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for taking down of existing tarfelt and bituminous compounds in roof of any description from roof or terracing, roughening surfaces of old concrete surface by picking u,sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc providing 15mm thick screed bed or bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:4) for laying waterproofing membrane and finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement and providing waterproofing treatment over smooth finished surfaces after applying one coat of cold bituminous primer at 0.30 ltrs / Sqm ,hot bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 kgs /Sqm providing laying APP polymer, modified , non-woven polyster mat,reinforced membrane, 3mm thick (min) weighing 3.50 Kg/Sqm with surface finish of white mineral ,by torch application method , with minimum 75mm overlap on longitudinal direction and 100 mm overlap on the transverse direction and finally applying one coat of bituminous based solar reflective aluminium paint @ 100Gms /Sqm over APP modified membrane all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up CI/AC/PVC drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) of any dia.

S&F PVC (SWR) pipes single sockted 75mm dia in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) bends any radius, with access door 75mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Demoloition of Cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any situation not otherwise specifically provided for complete all specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded agg) as in roof kerbs or mud stops, levelling course/roof pedding, surface finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 15 mm bore steel tubing and connections.
