Supply, installation and commissioning of Booster Pressure pump of capacity 1 HP, automatic On and OFF (based on demand of the system when taps are opened and closed), pump fitted with thermal overload protector, noiseless opertation, low power consumption, easy for maintenance and all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, installation and commissioning of Booster Pressure pump of capacity 0.5 HP, automatic On and OFF (based on demand of the system when taps are opened and closed), pump fitted with thermal overload protector, noiseless opertation, low power consumption, easy for maintenance and all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material & labour for Electrical Earthing with GI plate electroed of size 60 cm x 60 cm x 6mm thick burried directly in ground vertically earth pit not less than 2.5 mtr deep below normal ground level with the top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to Gl strip earth lead of size 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, washers made of galvanised iron and connected main control board/switch gear/pannel boards all as specified and shown in Electrical plate No 3 of MES shoedule (SSR) Part-1, 2009 including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, charcoal dust, salt and PCC 1:2.4 type B1 in chambler RCC 1:2:4 type B1 cover slab with 6 mm dia mild steel bars at 100 mm centre to centre both ways and with 6 mm dia MS hook complete and testing resistence all as specified and as directed. Note:-(i) GI strip 32 x 6 mm upto 7.5 mtr length shall be deemed to include in this items rate. (ii) On testing after completion if the desired earth resistance is not obtained the earthing will be redone at no extra cost by the contractor.

Supply and fix GI strip 32X6mm as earth conductor. Note all joints should be joined by brazing and nut, bolt and washers complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Earthing complete with copper earth electrode 60x60cm x3.15mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to depth not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 m below ground level connected to and including copper strip of size 20x3 mm by means of nut, bolt, check nut and washer etc made of copper alloy and connection to test point and earth dolly all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 SSR Part I 2009 and specified or indicated including excavation and earth work in any type of soil, (in any type of strata) PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 in chamber, precast 50 mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 with CI frame, funnel, GI Pipe 20 mm bore medium grade for watering and 40 mm bore GI Pipe middium grade for protection and fest point complete all as specified and directed. Note:-(1) Copper strip 20 x 3 mm upto 7.5 mtr length shall be deemed to include in this items rate. (ii) On testing after completion if the desired earth resistance is not obtained the earthing will be redone at no extra cost by the contractor.

Supply and fix Copper Strip 20x3 mm thick with Saddles and fixing Screws for Root/ Earth Conductors and Down Conductors above Ground including taking down unserviceable Strip, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: All Joints should be joined by Brazing.

Supply and fix test point terminal block made of gunmetal or prosperous bronze size 75x75x25 mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos 8 mm dia 25 mm long hexagonal screw complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay tube galvanized 40 mm bore "medium grade" with all fittings laid in ground for protection of earth strip complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Aluminium Strip 25 x 3 mm thick with Saddles and fixing Screws for Roof/ Earth Conductors and Down Conductors above Ground all Joints should be connected complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: All Joints should be joined by Brazing, nut, bolts and washers.

M/L for submain wiring with 2 runs of 4.0 sqmm single core FRLSH PVC insulated stranded copper conductor cable drawn through PVC casing and capping with one run of 4.0 Sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor and necessary connections all as directed. Note : 3 runs of 4 sqmm FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor and 1 run of PVC casing capping of size 20 mm will be measured as single run. Note: Rates for sunken box, hylum sheet are deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Supply and fix Switch socket combination 2 in 1, 6 pin, 5 and 15 Amp flush type universal complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting holes into or through in stone walls built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar and walls of cement concrete not exceeding 150 sq cm in and making good surface complete all as specified and directed. (Thickness of wall 38 CM)

Supplying, laying, connecting and testing in trenches, under floors/ roads or on walls/ Passing through pipe under runway etc LT Cable copper conductor , multi stranded , XLPE insulated , PVC innersheathed, armoured screened PVC bedded galvanized steel strips, electric power cables (heavy duty) ISI marked, 1100 volts grade of 16 sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 Mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr depth for laying of cable and getting out in any type of soil and n exc 10 sqm on plan complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated surplus soil not exc 50 m and deposited where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layer not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for sand cushioning to all around the cable protection of natural Tibba sand all as directed. (Note : Punning thickness will be measured and paid for payment purpose.)

M & L reinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV type I flat ISI marked size 250mm x 150m x 40mm putting on cable abutting to each other for cable protection all as directed.

M&L Cable route indicator made of MS angle iron 40x40x3 mm 0.90 mtr long cross Tee on bottom and welded 10 cm dia 6mm thick plate on top and embosed the letters as "MES LT CABLES " duly embedded in ground with PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 all as directed.

Supply and laying of medium grade 80mm GI pipe complete laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed. Note: Cost for earth work required will be measured and paid separetely under respective item of BOQ.
