Excavation in post holes (for similar holes) each n.exc 0.5 cum getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubbed mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m and making good surface in soft/loose soil.all as specified and directed.

M & L for 100mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B2( using 40mm graded stone aggregate ) as in hard standing and finished the surface even and fair with out using extra cement including brooming down whilst the concrete is green all as specified and directed.

S&F for mild steel work in tubular trusses and tubular posts including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161-1998 grade St.-240 including painted with one shop coat of zinc chromate primer paint including preparation of surfaces at contractors workshop before fabrications etc complete all as specified an d directed.

S & F 0.50 mm thick pre painted Galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet of an colour having tensile strength of 550MPA as in roof covering/cladding to walls fxied with self tapping screws as specified and directed.

M&L preparing new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and directed..

Demolition of terrace floor tiles including PCC padding n'exc 15 cm thickness and removing rubbish off premises out side of MD Land complete all as specified an d directed. (Note :- Demolition of terrace materials from top of the bldg are removed to out side MD land every day)

M & L providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate in padding concrete on the roof top etc complete all as specified an d directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on concrete surfaces mixed with 2% by wt of cement to integral water proofing compound (WPC) as per manufacturer's instructions, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately under relevent items of this schedule.

Supply only water proofing compound ISI marked complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for cleaning the plastered/concrete surfaces with wire brushes and applying water proofing treatment as under: (a) Apply bitumen primer at the rate of 0.30 litre per Sqm as per IS 3384-1986 and bonding bitumen of VG-10 @1.20 Kg per Sqm. (b) APP modified water proofing memebrane as per IS 16540/16532-2017 mineral finish , 3mm thick and weighing not less than 3.00 kg per Sqm reinforce polyster/HMHDPE matt black finish over compatible primer/bonding bitumen and finish the top surface with bituminus aluminium paint @0.15 Ltr per Sqm c) hot applied bitumen 85/25 grade at the rate of 1.2 kg per Sqm etc complete all as specified.

S & F 25mm dia GI tubes medium grade with all fittings and fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors etc including taking down existing unserviceble GI tubing etc complete all as specified and directed..

S&F in repair 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints,fixed in walls or in floors complete all as specified & directed

Excavation in trenches, n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc n.exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil etc complete all as specified and directedl.

Returning, filling excavated material , including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed ..

Removing excavted materials n. not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n . Exc. 1.5 m above the starting point including levelling and ramming etc complete all as specified & directed..

M&L for precast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in block masonry with solid blocks, exc 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in quoin blocks (for use with masonry),string courses,copings,kneelers,apex stones,pier,caps,columns,pillars,bed plates,pintle blocks,anchorage blocks,bounder (for stone walling) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, incl cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (anealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips.all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete slab 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in landings,cover slabs,chulla hoods,chajjas,water troughs setting in cement mortar 1:6 etc complete all as specified and directed.
