REPAIR MAINT OF B/R AND E/M WORKS AT WSA AT AF STN BKT

S&F in repair 100 mm dia mild steel chromium plated grating fixed on WEEPHOLE with cement sand mortar of retaining wall upto 7 mtr height of WSA complete all as specified and directed.

Hacking out old broken glass up to 9.50 m height (any thickness size, quality or description) from steel, Aluminium or wooden frames , glazed with putty or fixed with beads complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 3 mm thick plain sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty pins/spring pins upto 9.50M height in steel/Aluminium/wooden shutter in square not.exc 0.50 Sqm in each pane or any steel frame including glazing clips, complete all as specified and directed.

Labour & T&P for cutting of grass by mechanically operated slasher where ever required including removing of material obtained from cutting & cleaning complete all as directed. Note:- (a) Contractor will arrange at his own mechanical slasher(set of min one tractor & Jungle Jeem) with POL & MT driver. The mechnical slasher will be operated from 10:00 hrs to 17:00 hrs, including lunch break of half hour at mid day, every day in week days excluding Sundays & holidays minimum out put of one mechnical slasher will be 4000 Sqm (Grass cut clear area) in a day, If the contractor will not arrange his own mechanical slasher(set of min two tractor & Jungle Jem) with POL & MT driver, then double the rate as quoted under this item will be recovered from the contractor's dues.

Labour & T&P for cutting and uprooting of wild trees such as bushes/grass or vegetation with roots, brick bats, stone aggregates and other foreign materials etc. of traverse by bush cutter operated slasher and manually wherever reqd and removal of useless material to outside Defence land complete all as specified and as directed.etc. all as spd and directed. Note : Contractor will arrange at his own bush cutter min 01 No per day with POL & operater . The bush cutter will be operated from 10:00 hrs to 17:00 hrs , including lunch break of half hour at mid day , every day in week days excluding Sundays & holidays minimum out put of one bush cutter will be 250 Sqm ( Grass cut clear area) in a day.If the contractor will not arrange his own bush cutter min one No per day with POL & operater, then doubleas quoted under this item will be recovered from the contractor's dues.

M&L for cultivating/ploughing on an average 30cm depth of WSA area with mechanically or manually and levelling the suface as per required gradient after removing/cleaning vegetation, grass with roots, brick bats, stone aggregate and other foreign materials etc.The useless material removing and deposited in low laying area out side of the defence land at any lead complete all as specfied and directed .

M&L for arrangment of soft soil from out side of MoD land and forming embankments on traverse including raising (or lowering) earth manually, spreading in layers as required at site, watering ramming/rolling (Durmush Rammer) and finishing to required size, shape, etc not exc 8 mtr high from base as slope complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down aluminium doors shutter with frame or without frame area exceeding 2.5 Sqm aluminium slding channel etc. and re-fixing in same opening after repair/replace the defective parts (any type of aluminium section) complete all as specified and directed. Note : Aluminium parts will be measured and paid separately under relevant items of Sch 'A' given here-in-after.

S & F Aluminium anodised or powder coated door, window, ventilator frame with one or more rebates and shutter sliding or casement windows as reqd. including grill, jointing cleat, glazing clips with EDP gasket for fixing, rubber packing etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old distempered surfaces and making good uneven sufaces with plaster of Paris putty where ever required of finishing walls by washing rubbing down and stopping of old distempered surface of wall including cornices etc and applying one coat of acrylic distemper (Oil emulsion any tint) on wall by air less spray machine (Machanical means) complete all as specified and directed.
