Earth work in excavation in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (Not exceeding 1.5 mtr in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10sqm on plan, depth upto 1.5mtr. including disposal of excavated earth including all leads, lifts & carriage of material by MT / H.L.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade inculding curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering- All work upto plinth level in 1:5:10(1 cement:5 coarse sand:10 garded stone )40 mm nominal size .

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade inculding curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering- All work upto plinth level in 1:3:6(1 cement:3 coarse sand:6 garded stone )40 mm nominal size

Dismantling old plaster or skirting racking out joints and cleaining the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground with in 5omts lead

15mm Cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: 13.2.1 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand)

20mm Cement plaster of mix: 13.3.1 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand)

12 mm cement plaster of mix 1:6 (1 cement :6 fine sand)including drip course/groove

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of specified thickness, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. 2 mm thick

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade on New work (two or more coats) over and including priming coat with water thinnable cement primer

Finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade on New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.67 liter/10sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10sqm)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shadeTwo or more coats on new work

Brickwork with common burnt clay F.P.S bricks of class designation 75 in foundation 75 in foundation and plinth in 1:6 sand mortar

Extra for massonary in superstructure above plinth level upto floorsV level by manual

Providing and laying damp-proof Course 50 mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete

Providing and fixing CIB of approved size by way of making foundation in M10, Brickwork in 1:6 cement mortar including plastering with 1:4 cement mortar, painting and writings as per the direction of engineer in-charge including supply of materials, carriages all complete job.
