Self excited, Self regulated designed to run at 1500 RPM suitable for 128 KW/160 KVA DG set with Acoustic Enclosure (sound proof) as per Central Pollution Control board (CPCB-II) approved DG Set.

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of standard fully automatic mains failure panel for 160 KVA capacity Genset of suitable size with following technical specifications.

Electricity board supply of loading/ Unloading in Off/ Manual/ Auto mode.

Interlocking loops with solid state logic circuit to avoid shorting of EB supply side and generator supply side.

Fabrication, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of L.T out door type Feeder box of minimum size 0.8 x 0.6 x 0.3 M with 4 legs of 0.6 mtr, made out of MS angle (40x40x4mm & 25x25x3mm), MS flat (25x3mm), and 16 SWG plain G.I sheet having sloping roof, single leaf type hinged door at front, locking arrangement, dust poof, vermin poof, 300 A rating Porcelain Fuse carrier (3 nos.) & Base, Neutral link, Earth link, having space to accomodate CT Energy Meter including painting with one coat of anti corrosive red oxide and two coats of finished enamel paint and grouting the feeder pillar on suitable size concrete pedestal made of 1:3:6 cement concrete etc. as required

Supplying of following sizes XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed heavy duty armoured aluminium conductor UG cable of 1.1 KV grade conforming to IS: 7098 (Part I) 1988 as applicable. Make : Polycab or equivalent.

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 16205 (Part 24-2018) complete with fitting and cutting, jointing on surface/wall including clamping etc as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC / HUME / STONEWARE / METAL pipe as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on surface as required.

Above 35 sq. mm and upto 95 sq. mm

Supplying and making end termination with aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Supplying, Installation, testing and commissioning of ASHLOK make SEE brand safe earthing electrode type 39, 78 mm dia, length 2 mtrs and inner space to be filled with crystaline conductive mixture including filling-up with electrodite (Back fill Compound ) as required for safe earth electrode and providing masonary enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement etc.as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with brass nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Excavation for foundation in soft soil including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 metres.

Providing and Laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 ( 1 Cement . 2 Coares sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) in foundation of pump/ DG set etc including form work etc as required.

Providing 15mm thick cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand ) at all levels.
