Maintenance of LT power supply in ETPS, residential camps I & III and Maintenance works of the CCTV cameras in ETPS for a period up to 31.03.2026 from the date of handing over of site.

Replacement of defective/damaged street light fittings with 100W LED street light type fitting in and around ETPS and Camp I & III including cost of materials, transport, T&P etc., ( whenever arises).

Maintenance of Pillar box and renewal of defective materials in plant area and Camp-I & III. (Material will be supplied by Department).

Attending cable fault inside the plant area and residential quarters of Camp-I & III whenever arises. (consumables like Insulation tape ,lug and ferrule contractor scope).

Checking and fault attending in each residential block main switches including existing cable re-termination and renewal of fuse if necessary (Consumables like fuse wires, lugs, ferrules etc., constractor scope).

Charges for cleaning of light jungles, flora & funa and trees around the Transformers, Pillar boxes, 4pole & 2 pole structure and along the cable route including hire charges for T&P.

Charges for replacement of defective Tube light fitting with 4 feet LED Tube light fitting ( whenever arises). (Materials : Contractor scope).

Laying of fresh LTUG aluminium armoured cable in the ground for the size of 25sq.mm to 50sq.mm ( whenever required).(Materials department scope).

Laying of fresh LTUG aluminium armoured cable in the ground for the size of 75sqmm to 240sqmm( whenever required). (Materials department scope)

Window/split AC fault attending, leak checking including gas charging 1.5/ 2Ton Capacity ( whenever required). (Materials contractor scope)

Attending to all types of fault such as cards, relays , blower fans, capacitors etc.,of Window / split AC without gas charging (Materials and consumables contractor scope).

Dismantling of damaged street light pole and Erection of new RCC poles and light fitting including refilling of earth ,provision of earth connection, fixing of clamp, bend pipe, & hire charges for crane at ETPS and Camp of ETPS.

Charges for cutting the tree branches fouling on the street light fitting for getting proper illumination and clearing the cut-down branches 1 Km away from the site including cost of Labour, hire charges for T&P and transportation, etc.,

Charges for removing the rust cleaning the pillar boxes, painting with two coats of enamel paints available at ETPS quarters Camp-I & III (Materials : Contractor scope).

Charges for Annual maintenance contract for IP based CCTV System in ETPS Site, like loop checking, power circuit tightness, Checking the CCTV cameras for thier healthiness, Cleaning the lenses, Cleaning the 6U outdoor rack,Monitoring room , renewal of defective cables along with HDPE pipes including labour charges for renewal of spares, consumables such as Lense cleaner,Cable Tie,PUF seal,Insulation Tape, Cotton waste etc, lead, lift, transportation etc., for the 41 nos. cameras and its accessories.

Supply and fixing of outdoor Fibre Optic Cable - 6 core of make Polycab/Moles/UPCOM or any other equivalent as per IS

Supply and fixing of outdoor CAT 6 Cable of make NOVA/CMPLE/SYSTON/ Ploycab/ Molex/ UPCOM or any other equivalent as per IS

Supply and fixing of HDPE pipes 32mm dia of make UTARKAHS/ PETRON/POLYFAB or any other equivalent as per IS

Supply & renewal of RJ 45 connectors of make Mo lex/D-link/ Lapster or any other equivalent as per IS

Supply and fixing of SC, LC Patch chord -3M of UTMEL/SOPTO/D-link/TP-Link or any other equivalent make as per IS.

Supply & fixing of SFP module of UTMEL/SOPTO/ D-link/TP-Link or any other equivalent make as per IS.

Supply and fixing of 12V power supply adaptor for CCTV networking system of makes MRE, Upix, TechZorro or any other equivalent as per IS.

Supply and renewal of Fibre Splicers (for joints) of make STL Tech/Fujikura or any other equivalent as per IS.

Supply and fixing of Fibre Network box for joints of make D-link/ Polycab/ Molex/UPCOM or any other equivalent as per IS

Supply and fixing of Outdoor IP camera with 4MP SD card based day & night vision having a coverage of 90M of make HIKVISION, Domar, A1, Reolink or any other equivalent as per IS

Supply and fixing of 8 Port POE Fiber Switch of HIK vision, D-link. TP-link or any other equivalent make as per IS

Supply and fixing of 6U Outdoor Rack of Cotomak, Netfox,Integra or any other equivalent make as per IS.

Supply and fixing of 45 AH of battery Amaron, Exide, Luminous, panasonic or any other equivalent make as per IS.
