Fixing the double scaffolding system (cup lock type) with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration and removing it after completion of work including all other applicable taxes etc., complete as directed by the site in-charge.

Carefully dismantling of dead/ disintegrated/ damaged weathering course over the terrace of temple and disposing the debris away from the site including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, GST and all other applicable taxes etc. complete as directed by the site in-charge.

Careful dismantling of the roof slabs and cracked beams of the mandapa after proper documentation including stacking the useful materials for re-use etc., complete as directed by the site in-charge.

Reconstruction of beams with new granite stones and pointing the stone joints in Lime mortar (1:2) including cost, conveyance, loading and unloading of all materials, labour charges, GST and other applicable taxes etc., complete as directed by the site in-charge.

Reconstruction of roof slabs with existing granite stone and pointing the stone joints in Lime mortar (1:2). Including conveyance of all materials, labour charges, GST and other applicable taxes etc., complete as directed by the site in-charge.

Water tightening the terrace of western mandapa with brick jelly lime concrete to an average depth of 20 cm with proper slope including ramming, consolidating, by using necessary adhesive materials etc., etc., complete as directed by the site in-charge..

20mm thick plastering over the top of terrace with Lime mortar (1:2) including cost, conveyance, loading and unloading of all materials, labour charges, GST and other applicable taxes etc., complete as directed by the site in-charge.

Stucco lime plastering (Base Coat) with Lime Mortar (1:2) 20 mm thick, to the Vimanas including careful de-plastering of the damaged and worn-out loose plaster of gopuras and cleaning the dead mortar and setting fallen edges if any in bricks pieces. Including cost, conveyance, loading and unloading of all materials, labour charges, GST and other applicable taxes etc., complete as directed by the site in-charge.

Finishing the plaster surface with thin layer of fine plastering (6mm) using special hand grinded lime mortar (1:1) paste for punning/sibara including cost, conveyance, loading and unloading of all materials, labour charges, GST and other applicable taxes etc., complete as directed by the site in-charge.

Removal of accretionary modern tiled flooring inside the temple complex, which is not matching with the temple texture etc., complete as directed by the site in-charge.

Laying new Granite stone flooring with neatly dressed stone of sizes varying from 90 to120cm of length, 45 to 60cm of width with a thickness not less than 10cm over a bed of brick jelly lime concrete (1:2:4) of 100mm thick and pointing the joints with Lime mortar (1:2) and curing etc., complete as directed by the site in-charge.

Apron all around the temple to prevent the ingress of rain water into the foundation using new Granite stones with neatly dressed stone of sizes varying from 90 to120cm of length, 45 to 60cm of width with a thickness not less than 10cm over a bed of brick jelly lime concrete (1:2:4) (1lime:2sand:4brick aggregate of size 20mm) of 100mm thick and pointing the joints with Lime mortar (1:2) and curing etc., complete as directed by the site in-charge.

Pathway from the eastern side entrance of the temple complex to the shrines using new Granite stones with neatly dressed stone of sizes varying from 90 to120cm of length, 45 to 60cm of width with a thickness not less than 10cm over a bed of brick jelly lime concrete (1:2:4) of 100mm thick and pointing the joints with Lime mortar (1:2) and curing etc., complete as directed by the site in-charge.

Reconstruction of fallen external prakara wall of temple complex with coursed Laterite stone blocks in lime mortar (1:2) and pointing the wall. Including cost, conveyance, loading and unloading of all materials, labour charges, GST and other applicable taxes etc., complete as directed by the site in-charge.

Coping over the external prakara wall with brick jelly concrete using 20- 40mm brick aggregate in Lime Mortar (1:2) etc., complete as directed by the site in-charge.

Grouting to the cavities/cracked portion of the Veneering wall of temple with Lime Surkhi mortar (1:1). Including cost, conveyance of all material and labour charges, GST and other applicable taxes etc., complete as directed by the site in-charge.

Removal of lime applied to the stone walls of the temple by careful scrapping without causing damage to the stone portion. Including cost, conveyance of all material and labour charges, GST and other applicable taxes etc., complete as directed by the site in-charge.

Replacing the damaged wooden beams and rafters inside the garbhagriha of the temple. Including cost, conveyance of all material and labour charges, GST and other applicable taxes etc., complete as directed by the site in-charge.

Pedestal around the Dwajastamba with CR masonry in Lime mortar (1:2) Including cost, conveyance of all material and labour charges, GST and other applicable taxes etc., complete as directed by the site in-charge.

Constructing brick pedestal in Cement mortar (1:4) for fixing the loose sculptures lying in the monument. Including cost, conveyance of all material and labour charges, GST and other applicable taxes etc., complete as directed by the site in-charge.

Laying 12 mm cement plaster of mix (1:4) Including cost and conveyance of materials, labour charges etc., complete as directed by the site in-charge.

Careful fixing of loose sculptures in the monument to the brick pedestal for safe keeping. Including careful lifting and placing them without causing any damage etc., complete as directed by the site in-charge.

Proper electrification to the temple complex by removing the overhanging and damaged wiring etc. Including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, GST and other applicable taxes etc. complete item of work.
