GE (N) P/TOKEN- 12 OF 2026-2027 REP/MAINT OF SPLIT AC/WINDOW ACS, WATER COOLERS, DESERT COOLERS AND OTHER SUMMER / WINTER APPLIANCES AGE E/M (NORTH) UNDER GE (NORTH) PUNE

Servicing only of window type air conditioner in citu of capacity 1.5/ 2.0 Ton of any make and any type by replacing unserviceable parts (except compressor) from the machine including charging of Refrigerant if required, Brazing the suction / discharge tubes where required and cleaning of cooling coil, condensing coil, oiling, greasing of blower motor, checking of electrical circuit and replacement of defective thermostat switch, relay, capacitor and over load protector to achive proper cooling effect and testing commissioning complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Additional gas required will paid & measured separately under relevant item.)

Taking out unserviceable Window type air conditioner of capacity 1.5/2.0 Ton of any make and any type by replacing unserviceable compressor and other parts from the machine. Brazing the suction / discharge tubes where required and cleaning of cooling coil, changing of wirings with proper size PVC insulated wires as directed. Install the Air conditioner at location where directed after proper repair and testing complete at site as per the satisfaction of Engr- in - charge. Note for iten No 1 & 2 :- i) Compressor where ever is required shall be measured and paid separately under respective item. ii) Spares parts where ever is required shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of schedule A. iii) Unit rate is deem to be included for minor parts such as capilary tube, machine screw, washer, rubber bush etc required for proper setting of machine.

Supply only thermostat suitable for window type AC 1.5/2.0 ton capacity for 230 volt 50 Hz AC supply complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only PVC insulated, copper cable, 2.5 Sqmm , 3 core, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only PVC insulated, copper cable, 4 Sqmm , 3 core, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only for replacement of unserviceable swinging motor of Window type AC up to 2 TR capacity suitable for existing make/model complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge

Supply only for replacement of blower motor with bush and washers as per existing make and model for split type AC up to 3 TR Capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only for replacement of blower motor with bush and washers as per existing make and model for Window AC up to 2 TR Capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only capillary tube special annealed double wound copper tubing suitable for 1.5/2 ton window type air conditioner of diameter 0.25 " bore as per existing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only capillary tube special annealed double wound copper tubing suitable for 1.5/2 ton window type air conditioner of diameter 0.38" bore complete all as specified and directed.
