Maintenance of Lawns, Flower beds, ground cover plants, seasonal flower beds etc. including watering mowing, weeding as per the direction of Officer-in-charge. 4011.54 Sqm X 12 months = 48138.48 Sqm

Maintenance of hedges, edges including hoeing, watering trimming to proper shape and removal of trimmed branches complete as per the direction of Officer-in-charge. 776.40 Rmt x 12 months = 9316.80 Rmt

Providing services of 01 (one) labour (Mali) with required T& P for maintenance of nursery i/c preparation of bed for seedlings, preparation of mixture for plants resettling of pots, application of fertilizer, pesticide and insecticide according to requirement and displaying the plants within the nursery premises in a proper manner including maintenance of Gardens of residence of RED,WR (O-1/1) with surrounding areas and other miscellaneous works as per the direction of officer-in-charge for 12 months (1 workman x 12 months)=12 nos

Supply and plantation of seasonal plants/seedlings, petunia/ dahlia /dianthus / Inca marigold / phlox / salvia / gazania species / French marigold / poppy species / sweet William / zinnia species / dwarf sun gold sunflower / gaillardia / cosmos flower etc. in thumb pot as per direction of officer in charge.

Supplying and stacking of good / Red earth at site including carriage will all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.(earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment).

Supplying and stacking of cow dung manure at site including carriage will all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.(manure measured at stack shall be reduced by 8% for payment).

Supply of wormy compost in bags as per direction of officer in charge.
