Excavation in trenches, n.exe 1.5m wide and n.exe 1.5m deep for foundation, laying of pipes etc, or for shafts, wells, cesspts, manholes etc. n exe 10 sqm on plan and n exe 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft /loose soil complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Returning filling in trenches including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exe 25cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified.

Removing excavated surplus materials to a distance not exc 50M and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 M above the starting point all as specified and directed.

Taking down and refixing old steel tubing after cleaning including GI fittings wherever required in new or old position of 80 mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank (cylindrical verticalwith closed top) hoisted and fixed in position with all fitting such as tank nipple and locking arrangement all as specified in SSR Part-I of capacity 1000 ltr including taking down of existing unserviceable PVC/RCC water tanks complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : Sintex/Polycon/Oriplast/Jindal

Supply and fixing in replacement of gun metal globe valve iron wheel screwed both end for iron pipe fixed all directed of size 50 mm. Make : Zoloto or ISI marked.

Supply and fixing in replacement of gun metal globe valve iron wheel screwed both end for iron pipe fixed all directed of size 40 mm. Make : Zoloto or ISI marked.

Supply and fixing in replacement of gun metal globe valve iron wheel screwed both end for iron pipe fixed all directed of size 25 mm. Make : Zoloto or ISI marked.

Supply and fixing in replacement of gun metal globe valve iron wheel screwed both end for iron pipe fixed all directed of size 20 mm. Make : Zoloto or ISi marked.

Supply and fixing of Cl Sluice valve 80mm valve with stainless steel spindle PN-1.6 confirming to ISi including jointing material nut bolts packing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : - Kirlosker / Venus / Upadhyay / Zoloto.

M&L compound girders and stanchions, lattice girders, aerial masts, staging for water tanks and the like including caps, bases, splices etc. built up from two or more beam or channel sections or angles with plates, including all lattice bars, stiffeners, gusset plates, etc conforming to Fe 410-w (Fde - E- 250) Quality A & painting with two coat of black bitiminious paint over a coat of Red Oxide primer including dismanting of old unserviceable existing staging complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specifiedand directed.

M&L PCC (1:2:4) type 8-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including extra using waterproofing compound complete all as specified and directed b En r-in-Charge.

M&L 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces, rendering finished even and smooth (without using extra cement complete all as directed.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete solid block over 10 cm in width and setting in mortar (1:6) using pre cast cement concrete block (1:3:6) type C1 using 20 mm graded stone agg all as specified and directed.

M&L of one coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide on iron surfaces of any description over 1Ocm in width or girth incl preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of ball brass valves high pressure with polythene float and flynuts complete screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed of size 25mm bore including replacement of existing unserviceable float valve complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Note: In case doubling/duplicancy of BOQ items , the lowest quoted rate shall be applicable for payment.
